I've stayed at several Motel One locations, and have had only good experiences. This location is…read morethe closest one to the main station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof). It's around a 15 minute walk from the station to the hotel. Of all the locations I've been to, I think this one has a better lobby and bar. With other hotels and the convention center nearby, it's really easy to call a taxi or car service and the front desk staff is more than happy to help. I noticed that this latter service is much more obvious in this location compared to others.
The customer service is incredible; five-star treatment. The staff are fluent in English, which is of great help. They've helped me find a nearby shoe repair shop along with the usual tourist recommendations of restaurants and sights.
An added benefit is the Skyline Plaza right across the street, which is incredibly convenient. It's a good mall that even includes a Chipotle if you want a little taste of home (assuming you're also from the US).
