After reading the reviews, which were both good and bad, we thought we'd take a chance and see for ourselves. We did not know any other place as it was our first time in Milan. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! When we called the hotel from the airport they gave us directions on how to easily get to the hotel and they told us that they'd allow us to check in early (around 12pm) into our room because of our flight. We took the train to the Metro M1 line (total cost of approx 20 Euro per person) and where to our hotel within 45 min of travel. When we checked in we were greeted by a very pleasant front desk agent who told us everything we needed to know about our room, nearby restaurants, and hotel restaurant too. The reviews online said the food in the restaurant is not very good and not worth the price, so we stayed away, other than breakfast one morning which came to around 12 Euro per person (standard for hotel prices). They were right, the food wasn't amazing but tasted ok- at least for breakfast. I worked in the hotel business for years and know what good vs bad customer service looks like. This was some of the best we've ever had (especially with the front desk agents both male and female). Our only complaint was that the room was rather small, but we were not there very long and we didn't end up needing much more space than what we had, so not really a complaint. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone staying in Milan. They deserve the 4 stars they have received for their place. It is in a VERY convenient location (within blocks of Agostino station) and walking distance from Canals (restaurants) and Duomo. We would come back again, but may have to knock out some other bucket list places on our map first :)

The person on the phone in perfect and very polite English assured me they won't issue a no-show and will be waiting for us. This was relieving as no one was certain when the plane was about to take off (yes, t'was a low-cost carrier, but that's another story). We arrived at close to midnight time, but still welcomed with a smile. The reception was anything, but big, however, the 2 personnel were efficient and the checking-in did not take much time. The lobby looked fantastic for a 4-star hotel - very clean and spacious. There were complimentary fruits, candy, cookies for guests to enjoy while waiting. We got a room on the 2nd floor. It was relatively small, but we were aware of that prior to arrival (it was a bargain price, so no reason to complain). It had everything needed - clean bathroom, comfortable bed, TV/WiFi, enough room for two suitcases. No view from the window, but that was OK, too. Overall, I'd give the room itself 3.5 Yelp stars. Breakfast the next morning was very rich. Great selection of cheese, bread, salami and Italian specialties, coffee, fruits, yogurt. The hotel's located very close to Milano Centrale train station, and also about 5-10 mins walking distance of the famous Corso Buenos Aires with numerous shops, outlets and gelaterias. Metro stations of two of the lines M1 and M3 are easily reachable (they both go to Duomo cathedral). Stayed there in the end of May, but doubt much has changed since then. Overall, I enjoyed the short stay in this hotel and if I get the chance, would book again.

While checking out we had a bit of confusion about the rates we had gotten, but it turned out we had made a mistake. However, they right away suggested to only charge the lowest rate first and double-check everything with the booking company on monday (we left on sunday) and get back in touch with us to charge the difference between the two rates on monday if needed. What a wonderful gem hidden in the suburbs of Milan!…read more I booked this room with travel points, so I was going for the best quality for the lowest points without really thinking about the quality. It was just a one night stay, which I very much regret now. The hotel is spotless. Every nook and cranny is squeaky clean. There's a small bar in the lobby with excellent cocktails, just the ticket after a day of travel. The restaurant is very pricey, so I didn't dine there. Not many others did, either. However, at breakfast, the restaurant is hopping, and the breakfast buffet is rich with pastries, hot dishes, and most importantly, all the espresso you can drink. Heavenly. Also of note for the cooler months, the patio is a beautiful garden area to eat the aforementioned breakfast. I was upgraded to a suite, and it was the perfect nook to relax in. The massive shower had a rainfall showerhead that actually had some pressure, making it one of the most relaxing experiences possible. I stayed in far longer than I normally do because it was so delightful. Checkout and check-in were both relaxing experiences. Additionally, there's a shopping center not far from the hotel for those without a car. It's a great spot for dinner and to pick up any necessary items or groceries. It's not a tourist location, but I found everything I needed and more.

the surrounding area of mo.om was not our destination so i cant vouch for the town where this…read moreamazing hotel stands. but, i can vouch for our stay there--AMAZING! we needed a place near the milan airport since we were flying back out of milan on our way home. this place looked cool and had a spa/pool which was nice for our last day of our trip. we had no idea it would be so great. staff was friendly, english speaking, accommodating, and efficient. room was clean, comfy, well designed, and everything worked (unlike all the other places we had stayed in italy!). the drinks at the bar were stellar (hello whipped cream in my white russians). the food in the restaurant was yummy (order the pumpkin ravioli--you wont be disappointed!). the spa was relaxing and fun. but the design of the hotel itself stole the show. we both wish there were mo.oms all over the world for us to stay when we travel.... thanks mo.om staff!!!!

What that means is that - if you know what you're doing - this place will be exactly what you're looking for. It's clean, it's newly renovated, the staff is friendly/helpful, and it's well located (near stazione centrale). What's more, the rooms are sufficiently spacious, and the beds are comfortable - basically, it's a good business hotel. Note - for Platinum members, there is no free breakfast. That said, the hotel bar is a notch above the usual ones at Four Points hotels (this *is* Italy y'know?)

We stayed two nights and never made breakfast, though the front desk staff assured us it was very good. Finally, location is perfect for a 5min walk to Central Train Station and Metro. A rather average "design hotel" (according to Hotels.com, where the hotel was booked and selected…read moreon the basis of official standard (four stars) and location), situated on walking distance from the Central Station (5 min) as well as the more touristy areas of the city (25-30 min to the Duomo, 15-20 min to the premium shopping at Via della Spiga and Via Montenapoleone,10-15 min to Corso Como and some 5 min to the more affordable shopping disctrict at Via Buenos Aires), i e conveniently situated if you arrive by train or by the airport shuttle bus from Malpensa and planning to stay in town for a day or two. Service minded and English speaking staff, clean, colourful and "happy" rooms (multiple coloured wall paper, red, blue and white lamps, mirrors in different shapes...) and a quite good and extensive breakfast buffet - at least by Italian standards (fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs (boiled & scrambled), cheese, ham etc). Served, of course, with your choice of good, Italian coffee (or tea). Beds are good, but slightly too hard for my personal taste, and the bathroom is clean and fresh, yet rather small and with shower only (no bath tub). Some possible drawbacks: very strong smell from old cigarette smoke in the non smoking room and an exteeeeemely slow Wi-Fi connection in the room. Given the speed, I would definitely not accept having to pay the list price of 15 EUR for 24 hours usage... Also, be aware of the Tourist Tax of 4 EUR/person and night, to be added to your agreed and possibly already paid price. All in all, a decent four star hotel, well situated for a couple of days of business or pleasure in the fashion capital of the world.
