This did not affect the very good service. The reception spoke very good English (a real plus as my German is poor) They give you a code to enter after hours which worked perfectly. The room was very clean, quiet and the service is excellent. I put a do not disturb on the door as I didn't need anything, but they still put fresh towels and toilet paper in a bag on the door. This is like staying with family who thinks if everything / wants your stay to be comfortable ! The breakfast is very nice and fresh! While I did not try the little bar, in the evening it was busy - so it must be fun and good too as I heard much laughter !!! I would highly recommend !! I look forward to returning when I'm visiting my friend and family here.
