It's one thing to mess up it happens. But the complete lack of care or accountability from the staff made it 10x worse. At this level of luxury, basic courtesy shouldn't be optional. On the second day of our stay we have noticed that someone has tempered w the safe and when checked we found that some of the money ( in dollars and euros) were missing. When we reported to the management we were told that it is not possible and that they will check cameras in the hotel. 2 days later we are told that there are no cameras anywhere near the room or elevators and no one can track activities there. We left w nothing, No apologies no compensation for the money that was stolen. Nothing. To top that, when a few days later we saw the post of another couple that stayed in the hotel during the same time and was also robbed, the respond of the management was cold and absolutely unapologetic. Both of us were dismissed and since we are from another county they feel they can get away. Please be aware when you booking an expensive room at this hotel. Watch after your belongings, cause clearly the management of the hotel doesn't care!
