I was a bit underwhelmed by this hotel. We were so excited because they have "family rooms" in which you can choose the number of children you have and they place the beds all together in one room. This was the greatest thing about the hotel and it was VERY CLEAN. The parking is a nightmare, tiny little courtyard, it took us about 40 maneuvers to park our V Klasse. The reception also shuts down and then there is absolutely no one to help you. No one to buzz you into the courtyard, should your spouse have the only set of keys. There was also no one to help us when one of the children got sick in the room. There is a phone next to the (empty) front desk that supposedly connects to the Irish Pub next door but it took 30 minutes for anyone to answer that. Even then, the man didn't know where clean towels or sheets were and was not much help. The Irish Pub next door is also full of incredibly loud, singing drunk men every night and didn't leave much for peaceful sleep. The breakfast was good but I won't be staying here again. read more
