Upon arrival we were running a little behind so they got us a different golf cart to respect our time. We got an amazing table in front of the water and the food was delicious! We got pasta and a salad. We opted on the lunch menu for the views but could not fathom how dreamy it must be during a sunset. We went late September and the temperature was great. They are very attentive of your needs and respect your space. The hotel is incredible and hopefully will get to stay there in the future!

Staying here was a pleasant surprise. There are some shortcomings but a great deal for our family…read moreof 5. Two rooms of course. The location is phenomenal. The beach across the street is t a big deal in fact most hotels, even some 5 star hotels are across the street from the beach because the beach is public here. We stayed in the apartments which is great for families. The breakfast is great because the choices are many and the cost is more than comparable. And you don't even go out. The hotel has parking if you rent a car. The pool is nice and they have a restaurant near the pool With a bar. The staff at the bar and the regular restaurant and particularly the front desk are extremely nice. Specially Aurelie. The housekeeping is great and leave your room smelling like a Forrest of flowers. The dinner was also great. I found it to be good in price as well as varied in options and great in taste. They have a small golf put put and ping pong tables. They have a spa. The rooms are super spacious in the apartments. By the way the staff not only spoke Spanish but fluent English and I heard them speak in French. I also heard some German- this is filled with Germans. It's close for them. The cons: the elevators are crappy small! No really ridiculous.there is no valet and They have no luggage carts at All! Really! The close the pool Early in evening and the outside bathrooms and showers so when you come back from the beach and are sandy you tread through the hotel and to your room! That's just dumb. Everything has a deposit. In cash. So if you want beach towels the there's a deposit. If you want ping pong or golf there is a deposit. The dinner is 25 euros but drinks cost extra. Really even water. That's just whatever. Either you have an all included or not. Super quiet. No noise all views look nice. I didn't give this place 5 stars because of stupid stuff they can easily fix. Get some luggage carts. Don't close the bathrooms and the showers at the pool till at least 9 pm. Don't charge for water or at least include one water bottle per person with dinner. Charge the deposits if you must to the rooms. People don't like walking around with wads of cash anymore. Super simple.

this is the first negative review i've ever left in my life. this hotel was described as 4 star- at…read more$200 a night. we chose it bc of its proximity to the airport for our last night's stay. the lobby was dirty, and smelled horrible upon entering. there was high traffic of families and young adults so i decided to reserve judgment until i got to the room. well, the room was even worse than the entrance. the smell was like nothing i can describe. to make matters even more awful, there were tiny mite-like insects running across the sheets and mascara lines on the pillow cases. we turned right back around and went to the front desk and politely asked to refund our money, it wasn't even 3:00 yet, and they could reuse the room (or bleach it). they would not offer any reimbursement or remedies and could have totally cared less. now, if i was looking for a cheap 2 star place i would know i got what i paid for. however, this was falsely advertised and a legitimate health concern. it was so bad that i left, and went down the street to an amazing 5 star hotel for just $80 more a night, technically still having two hotel rooms. do not go here if you are looking for an experience on the luxurious side.

Positives: This hotel is across the street from the beach, some rooms have a view of the ocean, the housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful, the bar made great drinks and pizzas. Negatives: 1. The hotel isn't reliably buggy/park/stroller accessible. You have to walk up stairs or an elevator to get to the hotel entrance. This elevator was broken at least twice a day. The hotel staff would not help me up and down the stairs when I wanted to go out of the hotel on my own. With a broken elevator I either had to carry my stroller up and down stairs or use the service elevator which the staff were very reluctant to let me use. The hotel reception staff gave me a hard time about it. I found it on my own and used it anyway. 2. Indoor hotel elevators were tiny, and not air conditioned. An elevator was only big enough to fit myself, my stroller and my husband. 3. No room service. 4. Lobby and restaurant were not air conditioned. The in-room air conditioning barely worked. 5. Restaurant and breakfast Buffett were not good. 6. Rooms were clean but tiny. Beds had a sheet on them but no comforter. Mattress was extremely firm. Other things to know - You're steps away from the beach. - Hotel was quiet - Reception charges a 10€ deposit for pool towels and only accepts cash. - restaurant's breakfast and dinner are buffet options only - Taxis can't pull all the way into the hotel, you'll be dropped off on the street. 2 stars for service and rooms 5 stars for location

It it quite far from Palma and you need to take a taxi to get there. The hotel's restaurant is really a cafeteria style buffet. The food choices are extremely limited, repetitive and overpriced. We wanted to eat our cafeteria food outside and we were told that would cost us extra. Why? We don't know. The manager then came over demanding our room number and hovering over us as we ate. Two positives is that the hotel was clean and quiet.
