The hotel is across the street from a very small city park, very close to the train station and near shopping and the main square of the town. The breakfast was incredible. Our family--adults and children--could have stayed in the indoor and outdoor pools forever, enjoying the jets and currents and ambiance. The food was also fresh and delicious, and the breakfast was abundant. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Dinner at the Italian restaurant, Il Cavallo, was fun, with lake views and views of the horse ring! A summer visit to Chiemsee, with a stay at Gut Ising, is a wonderful getaway close to Munich.

Mine was actually pretty cold when I got in and had to ask for additional radiator. But service was super nice and forthcoming :) They have lot of activities around, sports and spa. Good place for a company offsite or family weekend escape.
