Appalling. Even after an announcement by phone, they wouldn't let us in the wellness-centre after a one hour journey to get there. Booking of a special treatment was necessary to get access - but they didn't tell me on the phone. The reception staff didn't know about it - who else should if not the people at the place where every call comes in? So the long-awaited visit of this beautiful spa with natural pond was cancelled forever.... Unterirdisch. Trotz vorhergehender telefonischer Anmeldung wurden wir nach einstündiger Anreise nicht in den Saunabereich gelassen - der sei schon voll. Die Information, dass eine Anwendung gebucht werden müsse, bekam ich auch nicht. Die Rezeption "wisse darüber nicht Bescheid." Wer denn sonst, wenn nicht der Ort, wo alle Anrufe ankommen? Quaint, spa-quality getaway, whether for a stay or a meal. We came across this location while visiting the nearby Abby, and it was such an amazing find! We arrived just before they opened for lunch, so we walked the rounds while we waited. Food, service, and ambience were exceptional! I had the salmon and my husband had the pork. Presentation, taste, quality...all top notch!!! We did not see the rooms, however everything else was beautiful! read more
