Two pools, one indoors, a gym and a spa, the main rooms - essentially suites - are built in an arc on one side of the large, shaded, garden. So let's not call this a gastro anymore please or less they change the chef! As per L'oliveraie, every dish was a disaster. I thought it would be hard to mess up a club sandwich but yes, they managed to ruin this as well! Le Hameau, in English probably "hamlet", was a group of small houses close to Saint-Paul de Vence, transformed in hotel over 20 years ago by Mr. Burlando. Like most of the region prices aren't cheap, but it's a good central base for exploring the Côte d'Azur.
