Breakfast is included and is a continental breakfast with fruit, bread and coffee but a small breakfast menu is available for a full breakfast at a reasonable price. I speak Spanish, but the people at the hotel were bilingual if that is a concern. If you are traveling to Quedo and want to be in the historic downtown close to museums the plaza and everything else going on this is a great choice!

I ran out of toilet paper and shampoo a couple times, one day I didn't get ANY towels, I had to call the front desk to get some. One of the rooms has a small balcony, but it was really dirty. It even had broken glass on the ground. There is a tiny gym on the 6th fl, and outdoor swimming pool w/ jacuzzi on the roof, small too. View from 7th floor is really cool. This hotel needs better customer service, and they need to do better with cleaning.

The bathroom is small and the door opens in to restrict the access to the toilet. The towels are unraveling at the edges. There is no room service, no coffee maker in the room, no mini fridge. The rooms are a bit dated. The coffee at the breakfast is not great. It's from one of those dispenser machines. The pool is ok. No views of the city at the top. The workout room is small and limited on exercise options. The complimentary breakfast is ok. Go to Starbucks for coffee, it's just outside of the hotel.
