Leave your key when you leave the hotel, buzz in when you get back. They know your names,your room and everything in between. Obviously, this town hasn't seen that many tourists and well, that's a good thing in my book. If I go visit families again, I'd probably stay here again. Big rooms, basic beds, good breakfast. Quiet and cute hotel. It does the job for it all.

Our room looked out over the water and had a massive balcony, nice to fall asleep to the waves. The pool area is fantastic with a massive pool, very well kept!! There is one guy working in reception, who was made for hospitality. Kind, polite, professional, multi-lingual and very helpful. The beds are not the softest, the rooms are not modern, it feels like you're walking into a flashback from the 90's perhaps. But the prices reflect this so it's all good. The pool and waterfront location make it a steal, really! The location is convenient, you can walk to the harbor where you find many restaurants and the best little ice cream shop!! Big yes for me!

Our luggage was transported from/to the ferry, great restaurant recommendations, the concierge, Francesco was helpful from the time we booked the hotel until we left, drinks at the bar were fun and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The location is great. We walked to many restaurants and enjoyed the small alley ways. If you're coming to Capri, this hotel will make your stay stress free.
