This review will focus primarily on the poor restaurant, bureaucratic staff, and overall incompetence.
The place is beautiful and looks promising with the Michelin advisory in the front window.
The biggest problem is they are just there to collect a paycheck and they are poorly managed.
The food is not good and is extremely overpriced. Example: 30 euros for a chewy calamari dish that you would have sent back anywhere else. I could not eat it. But I was unable even to pay and run. They had all kinds of technical problems (as if it were a complicated international invoice for shipping containers-mind you ...we are talking a calamari) even though I was the only person in the restaurant. It took them five people including all the top managers arguing to get my bill paid. No one is friendly. I tried to joke about the situation and show a human side but they are just clueless about people; they are immersed in their problems here.
The lettuce served was brown, clearly cut about four or five days earlier. They lack management or a real chef in the kitchen. That is why no one is coming. read more
