This 4 star hotel is really 5 star in my opinion. Our room was beautiful, lots of wood, large separate sitting area, deck with amazing mountain views. There was complimentary Champaign and appetizers on Sunday night. The spa was luxurious with saunas and an outdoor hot tub with mountain views. We had half board which I strongly recommend. The menu and themes were difference each night right down to unique tablecloths and waist staff attire to match the food themes. Loved the grilled octopus. Afternoon cake and coffee was complimentary. Breakfast was extensive. You cannot go hungry here! You can book hiking tours directly with the hotel also complimentary, but don't forget a tip for your guide. You can also hike directly from the hotel along the river or from one of the cable cars. read more
