On the day of the arrival, we learned that the reception would be closed by the time of arrival (just after 8pm). I had not expected this, as the hotel has a (great!) restaurant so I did not see this coming on a Sunday night. It was a bit of a nightmare to get the key organized. The visuals of the hotel are really nice and we enjoyed their restaurant, but I am skeptical if I would book this hotel again.

A/c is 1950s by US standards. The bed is very firm. The duvet covers the thinnest hospital blanket. Positives: room is very clean. Front desk was very polite. There were many high star reviews but they are from the late 2000s-early 2010s.
