As other posters have warned- this hotel has two types of rooms. I'm sure the "ecology" rooms are…read moresuper fancy but my old room on the 4th floor is quite dated. I don't mind it looking old but the shower door doesn't do a thing to keep water in, leaving me with a giant flood in the bathroom each time I shower. The toilet also doesn't flush well at all. It tricked water in which is just enough to remove any trace of a #1 after 20 seconds, but leaves the TP behind. Forget flushing a #2-sorry for the TMI but this would be so much worse if I were not traveling alone! My stay is being sponsored by the meeting I'm attending so I'll stay and not complain but if this were my own money I would certainly be out of here after 1 night. The room is also very warm and I don't think that can be controlled by individual room. I opened the window but it was very loud on the street below so bring earplugs. Also the bathroom was small but acceptable. What I didn't like was that there was no remote control (not a big deal), that there was no quilt (I hadn't slep under covers for 20 years) and - the biggest complaint - that the breakfast was next door in an unaired cafe that smelt of stale smoke. The breakfast itself was OK, just that the smell of smoke was so overpowering that it killed the taste.
