I was actually very surprised at how minimal the room was, but that's not a big deal to me. The biggest issue is that they claim to have free WiFi, but they don't have well-spaced routers, so unless your room is right by the elevator, the internet is unusable. I don't think you can reasonably say you have free WiFi if not everyone can use it.
When I realized that the WiFi didn't work, I asked for a new room, which they could not provide (it happens, not a big deal). So I checked out (within an hour of checking in). They still charged me for that night even though I was leaving because they didn't provide what they said they did, and I needed the internet for work. read more
