Every time we passed by certain employees (Mrs. Viola and Vanessa if I remember correctly) they looked at us and giggled as if we were ETs. Notice we are not the type of extravagant people one would look at normally, but for some reason they found us funny. Also, every request we had seemed like the hardest thing on the planet to accomplish. We once ordered a spoon in the room (I needed to take medicine) and my bf who was downstairs overheard them commenting how such a stupid request should take at least 30 minutes to be accomplished. I wished they could have a lesson with any American guest/costumer service to learn how to work at a hotel (a place where you work with people and for people). The overall arrogance was so unbearable we decided to cut our stay short and move to Remarque Hotel also in a central area of town.
