We drove to the address on our reservation or tried to drive there. It leads you to the actual hotel room building which is inaccessible by vehicle. The reception is a few blocks away. They should indicate that. Cons: hard to find. parking at the hotel is brutal (you drive your car into a small elevator and are brought to the basement garage.) and very expensive (19 euros/night). There were ants in the room but the place seemed very clean otherwise. There was no iron. Friendly staff that's all this hotel has going for it. Lobby of the hotel few blocks from the actual rooms and we didn't know when we got the hotel from Expedia. That took us a while with the help of GPS to find out. Taxis don't go in the street cause it is very narrow so we had to drag a stroller and 2 luggage with us for a long distance to get there. Then my wife waited with the luggage I went in search of the lobby a 10 min walk in the sun with the kid At the lobby they gave us a lot of good information and a nice map to find my way back to where my wife was waiting. After finally we got to the room it was very small but clean. They even had tooth brushes for each of us and candy on the bed which was very nice. Room had window to a court yard wich you couldn't open because of privacy and gecos and lizards that roamed the area at night. One thing that had me worried was how you get out of this place in case of fire. I guess you can escape to the roof and jump to neighbouring rooftops Toilet was not working well and nothing solid was going down. We had to flush many times to get most of the stuff down but we couldn't get all of it as much as we tried Even though it was quiet we could hear coughs from across the court yard so I think we were just lucky not be there when a big group was there. Location wise it was fine but you can probably find places closer to the center. Avoiding unnecessary walk in hot days is what I prefer. We had to leave our luggage at the lobby after check out waiting for our train in the evening. Again staff were very nice and got us a taxi. We also got to use the lobby toilet that was working and clean. Difficulty was getting our luggage to the lobby. You can't just push luggage with wheels cause the narrow street doesn't have a smooth enough pavement it has big rocks that even pushing a stroller was a major headache. We survived one night but more than that was outside of my comfort zone. If hotel manager reads this review I think there actionable item there is to find a way to communicate with Expedia customers the check in procedure or post something on the door at least like the named of the hotel read more
