It has a great selection of relaxation rooms as well different kinds of saunas. The view is beautiful and Sirmione is one of my favorite little towns. If you use a groupon make sure to follow the rules and book your date and time online. Even if you are only 30 minutes early your name won't show up in their computer to allow you in until your time. We did have a fabulous groupon which included one trip for a hot or cold meal, drink, and coffee. Also, there was no limitation on our time from the time we started. if you want to relax and watch the sunset this is the way to do it! Bring a book, plenty of sunscreen and enjoy the beauty of Lake Garda from the spa.

There were also several times that i could hear snorts of amusment from the massuses. This is very unproffesional and ruined my enjoyment. There was bits where I felt the massuse was hand gesturing to the other massuse too. It wasn't a very good massage even when they were using both hands. The rest of the Spa was pleasant however, although I have been to much better and this was the most expensive I have been to. If this is a treat for you I would go else where if you have plenty of money it's ok

There are so many gluten free options on the menu my daughter and i ate here exclusively during our stay. The staff are trained to perfection. The spa is wonderful and we had massages and waxing, as well as spent most of a day in the thermal pool, delightful steam and sauna etc. We are celiac and cannot eat gluten. This is my new favorite summer vacation spot! We will return next year certainly.

Hotel / spa is located on the northern side of Sirmione, close to Grotte di Catullo and far away…read morefrom the city noise. Everything is pretty much as advertised and/or expected: lake view room actually has the lake view, beds are pretty good (on the firmer side), breakfast is also good, in the evening the on-premises restaurant serves robust if uninspiring dinner. I did not try the spa. Some logistics: 1) To reach the hotel, you will have to drive through a maze of very narrow and winding streets, this course is gated with the guard checking your name against the hotel guest list. While driving, few times you will wish that you car is smaller and shorter; a good navigator will come especially handy, as some streets are one-way or impassable for cars - but not clearly marked as such. Red/green traffic lights mark the (short) one-way passages, at night the lights blink yellow allowing to cautiously proceed. Getting out of the hotel in a car will take up to 15 minutes to the nearest major road, depending on the tourist crowds that share the streets with you, and will not be possible at all during the daytime on weekends. Couple this with the limited parking at the hotel and the choice of walking becomes very enticing. 2) At the breakfast time, be assertive with the waiters in order to get your coffee/tea in a reasonable amount of time.

Our absolute favorite way to relax and recharge in Italy! Aquardens offers 2-hour, 4-hour, and…read moreall-day access to a serious of warm pools. We usually go with the 2-hour entry because there's only so much lounging around in warm water one can do, ya know? Plus, it's only a few euro extra for every 30-minutes you run over, so even if you do linger a little longer, its not going to break the bank. Entry gets you access to their changing rooms and a locker to store all your belongings while you swim. Bring a bathrobe, towel, and flip flops unless you want to pay to rent them. There are a few other "extras" available you can charge right to your bracelet they give you at check-in... Including cocktails at the swim up bar! Heck yes, un altro prosecco, per favore! I'm also a big fan of the mud masks. The best time to visit Aquardens is a weekday, during the day. Weekends can be crowded, with lots of kids. Avoid holidays (New Year Day, for instance) at all costs. There are just WAY too many people there to enjoy the experience. Last but not least, pack a snack. I've never been too impressed with any of their food options.

What it is is a series of pools of different temperatures with jets and currents that leave you as relaxed and rejuvenated as a spa treatment. My understanding is that the water comes out of a natural spring that heats it to over 100 degrees F. We went on a weekday afternoon. It wasn't crowded, and the cavernous changing rooms were almost empty. You put on a swimsuit and proceed to the pools, going from room to room or indoors to outdoors. You can rent a towel, but everyone walks around in their swimsuit so there's no need for other clothing or equipment (although bringing a pool noodle would be a good idea). There are numerous lounge chairs if you want to lie down and dry off before leaving. The instructions are in English and easy to follow, and there are clocks on the indoors walls so you don't have to worry about when to leave or meet up. I bought a ginseng coffee that was delicious. In short, if you're open to it (i.e., not grossed out by bathing with others), this is a fun and relaxing break.

We are on a bottom floor overlooking the parking lot. My husband complained and the said there is a mountain way up in the background. This is like a holiday inn at best. There is an indoor pool and a beautiful outdoor pool but the room is very disappointing for $300 Euro per night. The pool and grounds are beautiful and the complimentary breakfast was good. The servers have an attitude and make you feel like "how dare you ask for a cappuccino?". The bartender William was awesome though. Most of the front desk personnel were not so friendly if you needed assistance. I forgot to mention if you need sunscreen, a regular size tube is a whopping 40 euros.....they know how to get you. All in all Bardolino was lovely and the hotel had good and bad parts. For the rate per night, there are better choices.
