We had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites Knoxville Downtown! The hotel is in a great downtown…read morelocation, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and many of Knoxville's attractions. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our suite was spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast--it had a great selection and was a wonderful way to start the day. The overall atmosphere was excellent, and the hotel made our trip to Knoxville even more enjoyable. We've stayed here while visiting our daughter and have been very impressed with the experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Embassy Suites Knoxville Downtown!

Update- 8 days later and Management has not reached out to me…read more. We were very excited to come stay at hotel Cleo. We were in town for the game and stayed a couple nights. There were a couple scenarios that we were not thrilled with. Upon arrival we wanted to make reservations at the French restaurant downstairs that's a part of the hotel our building(even though it smelled like strong fishy smell), we were told by the front desk reception that because we're staying there they could get us in. After the football game we went to the front desk and they said they were booked up all night and couldn't get us in. So we ended up ordering a pizza having it delivered to the hotel. The room was very nice, but the "city view" of the construction site was an eye sore. Worst part- upon checking out in the morning, we called down to the front desk at 6:15 AM to have valet pull our car around and they told us valet didn't start until 7 AM and that we had to walk to get our own car. So we went downstairs with all of our luggage, the gentleman at the front desk told us to go through the restaurant out the back door down the stairs take a left and walk two blocks and we'll find our car in a parking lot. As we are walking out the back door of the restaurant, I immediately slip on grease on the ramp and tweak my back while also putting a grease stain in my pants. As I'm sitting there telling my wife to be careful so she doesn't fall as well, the front desk guy comes out and acts like he's looking around(he saw it on camera). After telling him what happened he said he would tell the restaurant. I called in to report it so no one else breaks their neck and the manager has ignored my calls and refuses to call me back. I am so disgruntled with the lack of customer service from this place. I would highly not recommend people stay here. It's dangerous and smells like fish.

I just Stayed for a keynote I was giving at a conference here in Knoxville and had a fabulous stay!…read moreThe hotel is located so conveniently as the Knoxville convention center is just walking distance across the street. For the stay & details -- - Beautiful rooms, my parents have stayed here several times and mentioned that it's been recently renovated and they loved all the updates from the last time they stayed. - I personally Loved the massive mirror in the entry hallway of the room! Comfortable beds, extra fluffy pillows and we had a beautiful View of sun-sphere from the room! - Easy check in process -- loved the attention to detail with the handwritten room assignments, unique hotel floor names, really elevated the touch. - Valet service & Tesla chargers available after parking -- which was so convenient. You can request your car via text and it arrives promptly and tipping is available via QR code or Venmo! (I also loved that they unplugged my car once they saw it had reached 100% charging. Talk about attention to detail!) - other things I loved about the rooms: Love the automatic light in the closet upon opening; Fabulous bar area in the room with espresso machine and directions (SO appreciated!!); Included bath robes in the closet (always a fab touch!); Massive bathrooms with plenty of counter space; Separate area for toilet with door / enclosed space; Awesome shower with leg rack for shaving & loved the detachable shower head in addition to the adjustable one In addition to the lovely hotel's physical features -- the Staff went above and beyond after flower delivery was delayed -- went and retrieved the flowers, gave a discount and delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne. Their accommodations and that kind of customer service was truly so appreciated! Next time I'm in Knoxville, I hope to stay again soon!

A small restaurant and lounge. Super comfy leather chairs and awesome food and very generous cocktails. We stayed here because we came to see Herb Alpert at the Tennessee Theatre. We were standing at the valet station contemplating the 10 minute uphill walk to the theatre when offered to take us and then come pick us up!! Doesn't get any better than that!

It was an early birthday treat and probably one of the best things I could have asked for as a very tired mom. Checking in the process was super easy. The front desk person was professional and let me know about their nightly kickback and their morning breakfast. The room was nice and clean. Spacious and not super loud. There was some noise from the highway that is right by the hotel but it's not bad at all. The bed was soft and there was extra seating and also a desk and a fridge and microwave. No complaints at all. The nightly kickback was awesome. Decent food and lots of it. It was buffet style so you could grab what you wanted and then come back for more. It was kept well stocked and if you are over 21 they give you three drink vouchers. Also if you don't drink there is fountain soda that is free and also available 24hrs a day. Also popcorn is available in the evening. Great for movie nights in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Again it was all well stocked and refilled constantly. My stay was super nice. I wanted to be able to relax and really not do anything and this was the perfect place for it. I could go out enjoy my day and then just have the ability to relax and unwind in the evening. I would recommend the Drury to anyone and everyone. It's great for families. They also have a pool and hot tub, which I didn't use, but my kids would have loved. It's also great for solo travelers or staycationers (who just need a good night sleep).
