We booked a room for two nights (April 20-22nd), spent the first night in the room without major issues; the queen bed was actually two beds and they were horribly uncomfortable, everything in the hotel felt cheap and poorly maintained, and the area was very noisy. On the second night we left our room at 8pm for dinner (April 21) and came back at 1am and our room key did not work. After receiving a new room key (without even being asked for ID) we entered our room and all of our luggage was gone and other people's luggage was in the room. We immediately went downstairs and the front desk attendant text messaged the manager (off site) and was able to help us get our luggage from a storage room after approximately 30 minutes. For some reason the front desk attendant said he was unable to call anyone for help so he had to wait for a text reply. Then after physically searching for an available room (which he could not find) he eventually put us in a room that is under renovation! He did not have clean linens, towels, soap, etc to provide, and the room was dusty and dirty. We slept in the room in spite of the conditions because it was 3am by this time. To make the situation worse, we were celebrating my birthday (April 21st) and my wife's b-day which is on April 22nd. She also is 7 months pregnant, so to say this was a very bad situation is an understatement. read more
