I pass through quite often. I tried the drive through three times & each time the service was terrible. The drinks took a while to get to us, at least 15 minutes. Today, the young man that took my order was rude and full of attitude because it was close to closing time. First, He slammed open the window which caused it to bounce back at him then He refused to take my food order. Maybe he should have turned off the open sign if they were ready to leave. I didn't get any food due to the service of the drive thru. I drove off. Whoever was positioned in drive thru wasnt very professional. Management needs to take ownership on the employees they have hired and review what excellent customer service is. Hot Java Express do better. Stopped here for lunch during our cross-country road trip. The drive-thru line was long, but walking in to order was fast as no one was inside; face mask required of course. Ordered the El Bubba sandwich, which is roast beef on an everything beef with jalapeño cheddar cream cheese, mustard, and some veggies. The service was simply efficient, the bagel came out quickly and was delicious. The cream cheese was unique and tasty. Would come back and recommend. read more

This little drive through coffee joint got me hooked up with a hot cup of joe. Actually I ordered two latte's and a cup of black. $11 + tip, not too shabby, the latte's where a little on the milky side but not over extracted, yay. The joe was tasty too. The girls running the place were super friendly and quick. This place is probably the best coffee house in town from what I could gather. read more

I love the Boss Sandwich soooo yummy!! I'm not a coffee drinker so can't tell you about that. But sandwiches and sweets are delicious!

Been through twice now and they never get the size of my drinks right. Pretty ridiculous

Although the cafe was delicious, it took 18 minutes to get one vanilla latte. That's ridiculous!

If there isn't a line, I love this place! If there is a line & I have time to park I'll just go to the Hot Java Cafe :) (I totally get why they have the order limit!) If there is a line & I don't have time to park then I'm gonna be one sad tealess girl :( You can only get drinks here, no food. I decided that the Drive through warranted an upgrade because I have been trying their bagels etc and they are fresh and good. After years of eating in Sterling one should be grateful for the attention to this. I'm from Denver and stayed in sterling for about 2 months while my husband did a job up there and this place is amazing and easily rivals any city coffee shop. They have the best gourmet bagels and amazing cream cheese (which they will make a simple sandwich out of if you please). They carry probably 30 different kinds of syrup and will make any coffee or Italian soda you please. And they are open until 7pm which I think is great considering the town isn't very big. read more

I was looking for a good cup of black tea. Unfortunately they only had Earl Grey which I am not fond of. I got a green tea instead. After several minutes I tried to open the lid to remove the teabag so it wouldn't turn bitter. The cup was so full I spilled it on my leg and boy was it hot!!! First degree burn in a second. The teabag was taped to the cup so very difficult to remove. Totally disappointed and still stinging from the burn. read more

The sandwiches are really good! I love that they have the veggie options! Would be better if offered vegan but beggars can't be choosers !! I ordered a blended chia with almond milk but it was very strangely watered down and not that good. I ended up waistline it. I'm guessing they don't do powdered or need better training on blending non milk items or just not get the chia again. The sandwich was good. read more

I got lunch here twice when I was in Sterling...soooo yummy! I had "The Bomb" (chicken salad on a jalapeno bagel and with jalapeno cream cheese) and the "Skipper" (tuna salad). They have roast beef, ham, turkey...they make their own cream cheese! Have to get it to go because this is a drive through. read more

My latte was way to sweet. The drive thru felt dangerous to get into. I felt like my whole coffee was loaded with syrup.
