He shows a thorough knowledge of color and could even estimate my bleach time based on the texture of my hair. I loved that for my uber-straight and thin hair, he only used a straight razor so my hair turned out beautiful and textured with no straight lines. My color was exactly what I described and perfectly to my liking. The thing that I was most impressed with was his ability to look at a photo of the hair style I wanted and duplicate it perfectly. That was the biggest issue I had with previous stylists - that they would start cutting and then stop when they got to a length *they* liked - Not the length I wanted. I know that short hair styles haven't made a full comeback yet, but I'm dedicated to keeping it cropped. It's nice to have a stylist like Zach in my corner, making all the tough cuts.
