As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

After waiting almost 3 weeks I call them about it and they told me it "got shipped to them but sent back" and they were sorry and I had to wait for it again. It was the week of Christmas so of course it wouldn't be there. They promised it would be there the Monday after so I drove my 1.5 hours there and guess what, they didn't have it. At this point I've been waiting a month for the prescription. 1) what kind of wellness company let alone PHYSICIAN orders from A pharmacy and doesn't even track their own prescriptions? They ordered it then never even saw it got sent back/ wrong location, whatever the excuse (they gave me different reasons each time). I literally had to call them after all this time then they say "oh sorry wel get it now for you" and couldn't after almost a month of screwing around. They told me they "have so much" and can't keep up with it but honestly it's just bad business and laziness. 2) even after all this they wouldn't call me the day I was coming in to get it, just to say they still don't have it. Long story short don't waste your time with them (literally), they are just winging it with this business. I went to a different weight loss company down the road and on the same day i have product in my hand. Garbage this place is.

The nurse for some reason wouldn't put me in a gown when I was supposed to be in one and the doctor came in and asked to take my top off to work on my armpit and I at the time had a cast on and was struggling to get it off and on and him and the nurse just looked like I was wasting their time. I was so embarrassed. They just did their thing and then let me go and the doctor said to make a follow up appointment. So after struggling to put my top back on I went back to the front to make my follow up appointment and stood there waiting like an idiot for someone to help, because all these women do is gossip. When someone finally decided to do their job, she asked what I needed and I told her a follow up appointment, she tells me I don't need one that if I really need one to call them back and make one and looked at me like I was wasting her time. I am never recommending this place to anyone and I don't recommend dr. Snyder I believe was his name.
