They saw me right away....they were very professional....and the prices are the lowest quoted in the AV (again, the last reviewer was way off of reality). The doctor didn't need to be on premises, as we did a teleconference. I have been licensed since 2005, and this was one of the best experiences of going through the renewal yet. VERY SATISFIED!
