Dnes se nejčastěji slad vyrábí ve velkých poloautomatických sladovnách a do pivovaru se jen dováží. Zdejší sladovnu jsme tedy proměnili v restauraci a původní využití těchto prostor už připomíná pouze název restaurace. Útulná pivovarská restaurace s citlivě provedeným interiérem má kapacitu 85 míst. V moderně vybavené kuchyni připravujeme z kvalitních a čerstvých surovin pestrou nabídku pokrmů podle vyzkoušených receptů české kuchyně. Záleží nám na původu ingrediencí, ze kterých vaříme, a proto si je vybíráme především u místních producentů.
