As a…read morenew "snowbird" for lack of a better term, we were not quite prepared for the realities of maintaining two homes and leaving the home behind and what the potential issues could arise by not being there full-time. Thankfully the realtor who helped us with the transaction was familiar with issues such as this and recommended Nancy's Concierge Services to look after our Florida home while we were away. For several months, we have been using Nancy's Concierge Services for "home watch". We continue to be impressed by her professionalism, trustworthiness, reliability, and responsiveness. Every incident, whether it was a big crisis such as replacing a hot water tank, to the mundane, she has responded quickly and efficiently. I value the weekly detailed reports and photos of my home. She coordinates with my other home vendors if she encounters a potential problem and takes charge in finding a solution. Communication with Nancy is prompt and thorough. She provides peace of mind, and I can trust that services are completed with the utmost integrity, professionalism and positively. Her other services offered go beyond the traditional home watch to include airport pickup, party planning and closet organization. She has an incredible can-do attitude and a willingness to exceed the expectation of her clients. She puts her clients first and with high integrity. I value that she has taken the time to join a professional organization, National Home Watch Association, that offers more credibility to her business and expertise. I also value that she is licensed and bonded, and I trust her company with my home. As I continue to learn how the Florida climate is different than my home state, I am fortunate to have a partner in Nancy's Concierge Services.
