After a month I stopped to pick it up and on their office it failed to load . I left it for another 2 weeks and returned to find a bootleg operating system was used instead of Yosemite, which froze all the time, a mechanical hard drive was used instead of a solid state , and absolutely NO data was recovered which was about 1000 irreplaceable family pictures. When I informed his female Asian partner, she was rude, crude, and yelled at me and asked me to leave ! Nothing fixed , no refund. This place is a huge RIPOFF and not at all competetant, polite, or professional ! Stay away ! Buyer Beware !

The prices were fair and competitive. They have replaced components on my laptops and cleaned the electronics. i've brought in the computers for different problems, not just bad hard drives. I've also recommended a handful of friends to this place and they all very happy with whatever computer issues they needed help with. I kniw they recovered quite a bit of data for one friend for significantly less than what you would pay at a Geek Squad location. Timewise they were generally faster than the time needed that i was given.

The guys instantly said they were almost positive they knew what was wrong and asked if we had a few minutes to wait. And in those few minutes they fixed the issue and just charged us a diagnostic fee. We had expected needing to replace/buy something for the tower. (My father and I were getting it fixed as a surprise for my sibling's birthday.) the honesty from them was incredibly refreshing. Also, they were very helpful in just moving the tower about. It was heavy and my father's arm was in a sling from a recent surgery. I would have moved it but they politely offered to remove it from the car and place it back in once it was repaired. I strongly recommend going here if you need you computers fixed. (We were also recommended to go there.)

I will be forever grateful to the wonderful people at Epoch IT. My laptop was hacked and I…read moresearched for computer services and saw Epoch listed. I called and the woman who answered (second ring, by the way, no long drawn-out introduction message) listened patiently and empathetically as I went on, and on, and on, about how embarrassed I was and I knew better, etc. She assured me Epoch would be happy to make it all better. No pressure or hype, just bring the laptop in and Epoch will take care of getting rid of any malicious software that the hackers loaded onto my hard drive. I did that and in less than 24 hours (yes, a little $$$ extra for expedited service) my laptop was clean as a whistle. Matt and Doo Yen were wonderful. So pleasant and patient which is exactly what I needed. This hacking event spurred me on to get a new desktop and Matt came and picked up both the old and the new desktop and brought it back the next day with all of my files loaded onto my new machine. Matt made it easy for me to access all of my files which is amazing if you've ever had to bring all of your files over from an old computer to a new one. I am up and running again (I work part time for a lawyer) and I feel assured my machines are clean and running at peak speed and Epoch turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. Thank you Matt and Doo Yen for keeping my spirits up and saving the day!
