AMAZING!!! I…read morerecently wrote a very unflattering review about a not too far removed experience I had at Brown Lee Ford. The response from ownership (Mr. David Lee) as to my experience showed me they "get it!" The professionalism of the staff blew me away, from my wonderful saleswoman Emily Duncan (always responds and communicates, I was impressed), to the managers, to the sales staff, to the finance dept, to the service dept (talkin' to you DETROIT! ;-) to the owner Mr. Lee himself. Mr. Lee, great leadership by you shows in your top notch staff! Mr. Lee knew I was coming in and showed up on a Saturday on a holiday weekend to make sure that I was cared for truly blew me away! Not only that, they put me into what I truly wanted and made me one happy client. I purchased the Shelby Supercharged (750 hp) "Black Ops" F-150 by Tuscany. (He's a beauty!) Let me ask you this? How many car dealership owners show up on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to right a wrong? I'm guessing not many. Mr. Lee, you took a tough situation and turned me back into a lifelong client again. This is my 3rd high performance truck I've purchased from one of Mr. Lee's dealerships, it surely won't be my last. (Not by a long shot! My girl has her eye on the White Hennessey Velociraptor Ranger already) Here's the "kicker" that sealed the deal for me, I live in Franklin, TN, Brown Lee Ford is in Morrison, TN, (that's a 3 hour round trip) and offered if and when I need service, DETROIT is going to drive to my home with a loaner and take my truck back to the service center at the dealership, are you kidding me? That was above and beyond my expectations to say the least. When it was time to drive off (after a nice detailing to make BRUTUS III shiny), Mr. Lee, Emily Duncan (my saleswoman), and service manager (DETROIT) all showed me off after a little chat. I end with this, Brown Lee Ford had to do a thing for me, they WANTED too! If you want to have as good experience as possible at a car dealership, go to the BIG BOYS toy store and see Miss Emily Duncan and the staff at Brown Lee Ford, you'll be happy you did! It would've cost more if they had to use all the parts, but it was less expensive upon inspection because all parts weren't needed. This place of business earned my respect, by telling me the truth and not charging me for things that weren't needed. The following is another great example of there integrity.... Normally, I do not trust dealerships and know their prices are outrageous. Well, I thought I would give one another try, after many years of avoid avoiding them. My Subaru was making some concerning noises, so I took it to a Subaru dealership. No need to mention it here, because I have noted all the details on another Yelp & Google review for that particular dealership. They "assessed" my vehicle, and sent me a nice video explaining what needed to be done. They wanted to charge approximately $3,879 for the services that involved the wheels and brakes. I was basically in shock, when I immediately called Okay Tire & Brake Center to get a quote for the same job. Jason, the owner was unavailable. So, Andrew, who has worked there for years, quoted $1,220 for the same service. I told him that I was going to pick my Subaru up from the Subaru dealership and bring it to them. I supplied Okay Tire & Brake Center with the information the Subaru dealership said I needed to get fixed. Okay Tire & Brake Service phoned me later to say, I didn't need all the service the Subaru dealership had recommended. Wow! Again, such honest people! They fixed my Subaru for a total of $895.58. What a savings! My Subaru runs like new again, thanks to them! They will continue to get my business and be recommended by me to others. The only downfall, is that they don't do ALL services on vehicle vehicles. Otherwise I would be taking my vehicles to them for EVERYTHING.

Then another, then another. After about a month I went there. My car was sitting in a field with three other cars blocking it in as if I were going to steal it. The owner was rude incredibly rude but explained that it needed a new engine and he couldn't find a used one and that they don't make new ones anymore. One call to the dealership proved that to be a lie. All the guy had to do was tell me that the job was more than he could handle. I told him I would be back the next day so he could get the bill ready and have my car ready to go. The worst part is he had this info for 2 weeks and never bothered to call me. Then when I went to pay for the work he had done, he never said a word to me about a card fee as I handed him credit card. While looking at the receipt he charged nearly $10 for the card fee. Then I had to wait for nearly an hour while he "fixed" the two cars blocking mine to move them. If the cars were broken why were they blocking mine in? I had the police on the phone when they finally brought mine out so I cancelled the request for an officer. These people are so incredibly incompetent, in my opinion, that anyone would be foolish to do business with such a shady, and again in my opinion, crooked business. There are several reputable business in Lewisburg so why anyone would trust Springplace Auto is beyone comprehension.
