This is the WORST place to board your horse. I was a first time horse owner and they took complete advantage of me. I've been riding horses for 14 years and when i got my first horse and boarded him there, there was nothing but problems. I had a camera in my horses stall and caught a person throwing a bucket at my horse and calling him a nasty motherf**ker. They didn't grain him like they said they were, they never turned him out like they said they were, and they never cleaned his stall. I was mortified to see how my horse was living after a few weeks. Before i could even get him out of there, they found my horses old owners and were telling him how i was abusive to my horse and that they needed to take him back. I unfortunately lost my heart horse in the process of all this. I hope these people rot in hell for what they put all these people and all of these poor animals through. This place is a complete dump... and that's a compliment. I don't know how they still have animals, let alone CHILDREN, with how many reports to the SPCA they've gotten. I wish i could give them less than 1 star. Stephanie is a nasty, lying, conniving and manipulative person. Never trust a word that comes out of her mouth. She's full of shit and will fuck you over. And as for Dan. I never had a huge problem w/ him Bc he was barely around. But he lied about feeding the horses too. Good luck to anyone that reads these reviews and still decides to board there. This is a terrible horse boarding facility. They do not feed your horses properly and feed, when they do, low grade hay not fit for horses. The place is a disaster. The price is good but you will pay the difference in vet bills. STAY AWAY, for your horses sake. read more

Horses come in looking great and drop weight very quickly. Horses are not fed consistently if at all for days. Boarders come in and leave very fast.....at least those that check on their horses frequently. In the past year I know of 5 people who have reported abuse/neglect to the SPCA. To say this place is a dump would be a compliment. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON WITH YOUR HORSE. read more

DO NOT board your horse with Dan at Horse Post Farm, 70 Schultz Rd. It's true. The horses come in looking great and within a short amount of time, will lose weight rapidly. The hay which he feeds is COW hay and has no nutrional value whatsoever for horses. He does not grain, but says he does. I had my horse there a very long time and I used to defend him. Now I realize anything out of his mouth is a lie. He rarely if ever cleans stalls or paddocks...because he is too good to do such manual labor himself. Do not lend money or give him money to give to vets or farriers because it will not be delivered. read more
