Everyone there, including the guys in the parts shop, were great. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to purchase another bike or any parts or accessories. Their prices were the best in town and I got a military discount. while they had the tire off the showed me my bearings were worn out and I told them go ahead an replace them, it was only another $30 for the bearings. they aloud me to stay there and watch them work on my bike, instead of hiding the mechanic area from me. all said and done my bill was only around $600. I'll be back definitely.

Use to have a full service center but the cost to maintain just got to high. They are now a full on parts store with anything you need from stick to high performance. Multiple issues from this servicer of motorcycles. They had my bike for over a week. Replaced a…read morehose and installed a tank bag. I also requested that they wire in a phone charger for me. When I picked up my bike, I had to pay almost $900. The price is not the problem. I realize that they charge more for their work than others. I assumed that since they charge more, I would get impeccable service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. Over the course of a week they had my bike listed under the wrong name and number and told me they had been calling for several days. Obviously I couldn't respond because they were calling the wrong number. Although they did fix my brake concern and install a tank bag. They did not even try to connect my phone charger. After I had paid, I went to go find my bike and go home. When I noticed that my phone charger had not been connected. I went back inside to ask them about it. For the first few minutes, they acted like they didn't understand what I was talking about. But, then they told me that they didn't know if it was possible or not. And they would have to remove the gas tank to even see if it was possible. That it would take a couple of hours and therefore $400 just to find out. I find it hard to believe that their trained technicians don't know how to connect accessories to motorcycles that they've been trained to repair. Please just know that premium billing does not mean premium service with these folks!!!

I walked in, walked through and office piled with dust covered documents (it looked like it was abandoned 20 years ago) then walked into a large motorcycle storage area, packed with all sorts of older bikes in various stages of disassembly, and only 10% or so looked like recent additions. The rest looked like they had not been touched in a decade. There was a counter in this area, and there were accessories hanging on racks, and they looked like they had not been touched in 20 years. The shop itself was at the end of this boneyard, but I did not want to just barge in. I was getting nervous about the place, then a very nice lady appeared and asked me the nature of my business. I introduced myself and stated my situation. She mentioned that she was the proprietor's wife, and she would relay my request to her husband and he would get in touch with me to discuss this further. He never did, which in hindsight was a good call. As I looked at pictures on the walls and other indicators, it was clear that this shop had an affinity for vintage flat track bikes. Ironically, in 1973 I raced a Bultaco Astro in Oklahoma City and surrounding tracks. Anyway, I needed a clutch pack replacement, electronic ignition install, full wiring harness replacement, and front brake overhaul along with tire replacement. That was clearly beyond their capabilities so I did it myself. I would have handed them a grand or more to do the work, but I don't think they could no matter what I would pay them, so I soldiered on and got my bike back on the road.
