I don't know much about bats but there's something about a bat flying in your bedroom that coerces you into doing some research. The bids to have a bat removal are straight forward and they come with a year warranty. They also provide competitive bids that can fit your budget and they've always been quick to return a call. Compared to other removal service phone calls I had to make this week I think this one was by far the most human. I asked for a ball park figure for termite treatment and was told $500-$1700+ but she really couldn't say because she didn't know the size of my house - she didn't ask either. I asked if they had weekend or evening hours and was told, "no, [they] have responsibilities like coaching and [they] don't have to work those hours." I asked what was the latest an appt would be scheduled and she hemmed and hawed. Finally she said maybe 4pm, but it would depend...and never 5pm. She also added that they don't work on commission like other places; that's why those places were desperate for evening and weekend jobs. She stressed again that they have other commitments and are not on commission. Then she said I may want to try one of the other places. For the entire call she behaved as though I was bothering her and ruining her day. Believe me, I will call somebody else and I will spread the word!
