When I arrived to retrieve my iPad, it still was available being fixed on at another location. I had to go back again later in the day to pick up my now broken iPad. The guy behind the counter was friendly but clueless and based on his past promises, I ended up taking back my iPad, now with a cracked screen the tech did in diagnostics on my faulty charge connection. I give this company zero stars if possible. Don't waste your time or your device as they can't be trusted.
