The second time the lenses were fine but the frames came back in not the same condition that I returned them and then the situation went from bad to worse with repeated visits to the shop to readjust them and the frames ending up damaged from what appears to be inappropriate use of metal tools on the plastic temples. Maybe we've finally gotten to the root of the problem, but it took more visits than I would have liked.

Dr. Addante spent at least 30-45 minutes asking me questions, and reviewing my medical history before doing anything. He has solved my acute pain problems more than once, and I feel he has kept me from having surgery that would have been recommended by traditional medical professionals. I have referred many people to him, and they are all 100% committed patients of his. His wife, I understand is equally as talented. I had a prescription transferred from my home state to BV drug. My script is for 90 days. They…read moreonly had 30 days so they filled 30 days and I asked them to order the rest. They assured me it would be in within 2 days. 3 days later I called. They never ordered it. Promised they would and it would be in in a couple days. I called back 3 days later, didn't order it. 4 th time I went in, and the young woman was very nice and said they hadn't tagged my first 30 days as a partial so I wasn't eligible for a refill for 30 days. They would order it and fill it on the 7th of September. I was notified it was in. Picked it up and they charged me for 90 days. Called them when I got home. Pharmacist Offered to let me return 30 days for refund. I'm pretty sure you can't return prescriptions. Rather than travel all that distance again I'm just going to have to give up. He also told me I could transfer to another pharmacy. Problem with that is I need a specific brand which they carry. I'm allergic to the other common brand. I've been on the medication for 27 years and I've never had an issue at my home state pharmacy. Too bad they can't ship across state lines.
