Shoutout to my boy Warren for always making me feel my best, been my barber for almost 3 years now

Tony the barber killed it, great cut, great convo & great atmosphere 10/10 would recommend

Cuts are good but appointments are a nightmare here. I Don't like having to rebook, I'll be trying another shop.

Go see Chris!!! He is fantastic highly recommend making an appointment but they take walk ins.

Noel is the best! He takes his time, he's personable and does an amazing job on my son's cut every time! He takes appointments and walk in.

Been going to Rob for over a couple of years. I would never go anywhere else! The atmosphere is so welcoming! As a woman it's hard to get a good short fade and feel Comfortable. I always appreciate the hospitality here. Always a great cut from Rob , I walk out smiling every time . Great cut and prices , the precision and time they put into their cuts will make you want to never go elsewhere. Thank you Rob and horizon barber club! read more

Walked in for a walk Rude as soon as you walk In door no customer service! Very cool aesthetics, but that's it

Today Angel hooked me up with the cleanest burst fade! Excellent service, I will definitely be back to book with him.

2nd time here! I normally just go in to barber shops for my beard but recently had Micro Scalp Pigmentation done and wanted to try getting a haircut to see how it looks. Steven hooked it up! It was his first time doing a haircut in a person with SMP and he immediately had good recommendations, he did a high fade and it came out amazing. He also did a beard trim and eyebrows. Not only was the service fire but the place was trendy and everyone was nice. Thanks Steven! read more

Needed a cut and my normal barber was out of town. Took a chance on HBC, walked in and got seated right away. Warren was my barber, very welcoming, had good convo and he gave me a nice cut. Will definitely be going back. As I walked out all the other barbers said bye and I left very satisfied. The shop is nice, everyone is friendly and everyone in there did nice work. Check em out, you won't regret it. read more

My boyfriend was looking for a new barber and my friend told us to go to Horizon and schedule an appointment with Gerardo. This is by far the best haircut he's ever gotten. The attention to detail and precision is incredible. Gerardo is very professional, communicative, and organized. The barbershop itself is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. My boyfriend came home and couldn't stop talking about how much he enjoyed his experience. He will definitely keep returning to Gerardo for his haircuts and we highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a new barber! read more

Been coming to this shop for about 5 months. Was having a hard time finding the right barbershop. Until a coworker of mine told me about Horizon Barber Shop. OMAR is my barber: attention to detail, very good conversations, and the cuts are always ON POINT! Everyone here is friendly and Pros. I've seen some people with great cuts. Overall a great place to get a cut. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find Gerardo the Barber here, he had done my husbands and teenage sons hair before in Pomona/Chino area and now that my son is older he had special requests and limited time so it worked just fine when Gerardo was able to schedule an appointment yesterday just before a big event this weekend, he does work by appointment most of the time and is pretty booked but he will try his best and accommodate you, the place is clean and best of all he speaks Spanish witch is a big plus for my husband. read more

I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps getting fades from many different barbers during my time and I can promise you these guys do it like no one else can. Great service the guys here are really friendly great atmosphere come on in and enjoy the barbershop

Great shop, comfortable environment, easy booking, good local food walking distance, lots of parking. Extremely friendly

My husband took our son to this Barber shop just so that he can get the experience of going to a more hipster upbeat barber shop and for the lack of better words it was a disappointment. Not only did the Barber guy treat my son and my husband differently and rude and really didn't communicate in regards to the haircut my son was getting ; but he did a horrible job in regards to his haircut. I would also like to state a situation in which my sevenyear old son felt like he was being laughed at because the barber guy chose to laugh randomly while he was getting his haircut and on top of all that my sevenyear old son told me his hair was in his face the whole time in which my husband had said was happening as well I just want to state very clearly that these type of places need to be more customer service oriented and make it as comfortable as possible for younger kids and for older men in general. Walking into a stuck up place like this one and feeling uncomfortable should never be a feeling at a place that you should be able to walk into and feel welcomed. NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FEEL WELCOMED BY THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THE SHOP AND ESPECIALLY THE BARBERS! The haircut my son received was $30 I am not complaining about that because I normally pay $35 at a kids haircut place that does 10 times better so if it cost $65 and I got the look that my husband and I were looking for for my sons haircut it wouldn't even matter so price isn't the situation it's the fact of the experience and the whole look overall! read more

Took my little brother in for a hair cut and Omar was very attentive to his style and needs. We were both nervous because it was our first time trying out this shop (and honestly it's hard finding a good barber) but the line of communication and service was amazing! Omar made this experience so much better. And my brother finally looks all nice again. Definitely recommend :) read more

Came here this morning with my husband; he had a 9:00 appointment with Maui. There was one barber cutting hair (not Maui) and we were there about 5 minutes early so he said we could take a seat while we waited. Good thing we were sitting because we waited... and waited... over 30 minutes. Maui never showed up; huge shout out to him for making us reschedule our whole morning due to his lack of responsibility and professionalism. Needless to say we won't be back. read more

One of the best places to get your haircut and beard done at in the IE. All the guys there are professionals and know how to get the job done in a timely manner. There have been numerous occasions where my cut comes out WAY better than expected. And that's why I continue to go back. Oh, and you might want to get an appointment with them rather than wait 2 hours on the couch. Just sayyyin.. read more

Recently moved to Riverside from the LA area... I visited a couple of barbershops trying to find a new barber for my brother's, but they were not any good. Luckily I stumbled across horizon on my quick run to Jamba Juice next door. The hospitality by Gerardo at the front door was one of a kind, he had a very friendly and respectful approach. Very helpful and patient on my brothers initial consultation and very detailed in his work. I especially liked how clean, organized, and sanitary his station was. He accommodates our schedule as need be, which is a plus since the boys are in sports and school. We have been coming to him for a couple of months now I would definitely recommend him if you're thinking of coming here . The environment in there is very family friendly, the shop itself and the restroom is very clean also. Very welcoming barbershop read more

It's a good place and barbers get the job done. However there's a lack on customer service. 5 barbers and not one addressed me, or even made the effort to let me know if I would be next or if they're taking a break etc. Waited about 2hrs and was skipped about 3 times. Don't hate the place but I don't think it's ok to be ignored for 2 hrs. If there was no room just let the customer know. Thanks read more
