I would never have purchased a vehicle much less a new one with mismatched tires for any reason. No tire manufacturer either endorses or recommends this very dangerous practice. If you lined up 1000 people and asked them if they would purchase a new vehicle with mismatched tires you would get a solid NO from all, hands down. This speaks directly to the level of honesty of the mechanical, sales and management teams at North Bay Toyota. I have written to Brent Ogletree (Salesman) and spoken to Jason Harvey (Operations Manager) with no results. My advice is stay away 100% from North Bay Toyota even if it means traveling some distance to buy a Toyota.
