In this day and age, trust is something that does not come easy for many of us. It's hard to trust…read moreour politicians, our business associates and sometimes, sadly, even our own families. Imagine putting full trust into an attorney especially after a traumatic event like the loss of a loved one. I can say without any hesitation that you can absolutely trust Anita D'Amico, ESQ and her firm D'Amico Law. I came to Anita after a former attorney completely broke my trust as the individual led me in the wrong direction when it came to finalizing my beloved mother's estate. Full disclosure, I had known Anita as she was the estate attorney for my late Grandfather. Although that was an unpleasant experience due to the executors of my grandfather's estate; I still found Anita to be honest, even when it was painful to hear, available to talk with me within 24 hours or less, and extremely sensitive to my personal situation. Because of my trust towards Anita and her firm, I asked her questions about things that simply did not make sense coming from my former attorney. Without Anita's guidance, many things would have gone wrong and the "tax man" would be banging on my door as I write this. I had enough of the previous attorney, fired him immediately and hired Anita. In retrospect, I truly wish I did not listen to outside influences who guided me to the former attorney who frankly should retire as in my humble opinion; he hasn't a clue as to what he is doing. Anita is not your typical "it's all business" attorney. She is a calming force in times that are dark and scary for her clients. As a person who understands loss and grief; Anita brings a much needed sensitivity and empathetic ear that is extremely rare in the legal profession. Though she is sensitive and caring, she is also a "mama bear" who will not be intimidated by other attorneys and will fight as hard as she can for her clients to bring the best outcome for them. She is a master of her craft. Still a very young woman, she has opened two successful firms. That alone shows her drive and ambition. I am what some attorneys would consider "needy" or "demanding." I would agree to some degree of those characterizations. I'm a perfectionist and I do have a lot of expectations. I want the job done as quickly as possible. Anita does too but only when she feels she has done everything she can for you. There were weeks that I literally sent emails daily to Anita with questions and concerns. Despite my neuroses, Anita took the time to answer my emails daily and tried her best to put me at ease. After cleaning up the mess left by my former attorney, I had Anita do my own estate planning. I certainly hope to live for quite awhile, but if not, she covered everything with a fine tooth comb. When you combine authenticity, empathy, a full understanding of the law, and the right amount of toughness needed to get the job done; you have had the pleasure of Anita D'Amico working very hard for you while putting you at ease every step of the way. Anita was born and raised in our community. She comes from a wonderful family that has given a great deal to the community. Her upbringing has certainly made her the kind, giving woman with a driven work ethic and passion for what she does. When you add everything up, you simply will not find an attorney with the chops to handle business while being there for you as her client. I cannot recommend anyone as highly as I recommend Ms.D'Amico and her firm. I trust her and you will as well immediately after your first consultation. If you need an attorney whose practice covers the most common legal issues out there; look no further, D'Amico Law has you covered.

It has been my experience that MaCLeer Harvey has a long history of assuring that they all contain the willingness to go above and beyond, seeking truth and justice. This Firm, especially these two outstanding women Attorneys, deserve recognition for their integrity for assuring our laws are upheld. That every individual who walks through that firm's doors, are 110% respected. I was brought in after being slain by another members of our society. A man with a severe character consistences of self-centered, antisocial, dishonesty, easily manipulates others as he easily seeks them out, he lacks compassion, or a conscious. His only thinks of himself or, "what's in it for me". He's a 45 year old alcoholic from the videos I watched with him in his blue bathrobe during a blackout. He met his 24 yr, when he was driving her to her BF home in Wayne, he was the uber driver. ASAM reports alcohol as a disinhibitor," it will tell us things like, I've only had a few drink's after work, I'm okay to drive home, I fine." No of this thinking is accurate or true. Alcohol is dangerous and it's quite easy to build a tolerance. A person starts with drinking only on Friday's, then it becomes the weekend, with it eventually become more frequent, plus more fot its affect. It's a chronic, progressive, treatable, & if not treated, deadly. I came to this firm from a violent assault by a man who was impaired by his smell as asphyxiated me-per doctors and my wounds. This firm, along with Attorneys Lawrence and Attorney Donato, helped hold me up after a horrific, violent beat down. They offered hope. They seek each clients personal path, exposing truth, and holding the perpetrator accountable. The willingness and fearlessness to seek that root of pain and suffering. Where I'm dying inside, is unmatched. Nothing will stand in their way of exposing truth. Many people today lack inner morals or integrity. This is really about themselves. These self-center and self-entitled individuals have no problem with stepping on others. They are actually bullies and especially find enjoyment with harassing, threatening and bullying innocent individuals, especially those who try to help grow others. His enjoyment of getting away with hurting others and love of what's believed to be powerfully dishonesty, yet in truth they are just bullies and big cowards, pushing around someone smaller and most likely smarter then themselves. Liars and cowards are willing to go to any lengths to point fingers at others without viewing those other fingers pointing right back towards themselves. These criminals have yet met the firm who, fights to prevent innocents, while ensuring our nation's legal system, especially our personal rights are protected and preserved. Lawyers do cost, and that was a challenge for me. While I was still very sick after a violent assault, within a luxury apartment my company/LLC held as the only and entire guarantor for payment, an apartment for safe, daily structured programming made to meet the vetted team of top Philadelphia and local providers, assessing, testing, and re-evaluating diagnosis usually not from psychiatrists ( at inpatient facilities). This team handles all clinical aspects,as we meet with them and monitored how a client is accepting change while learning to live a healthy sober lifestyle, holding a FT job, or FT schooling, a complete family restructuring of broken promises and relationships with the goal to launch into their own made life based on the 4 Agreements and a becoming knowing of self with a 12 Step community commitment building relationships with their own sex vs. the distraction of the opposite gender. while an exclusive contract made to be in specialized 2 years into being harassed and abused by my past employer, who have tons of hard cold cash from their dishonest told to staff, the community and past patients. They even interfered with playing on fears with disrupting and without consent reached out to my firm. It's so critical and I truly cannot stress it enough, that staying close to a solid, ethical, safe, respectful and supportive Attorney and their powerful firm, must take priority. When past employers or relationships that haven't been around in 2 years, reappear, also weren't there when the narrative of pain started, they are not looking out for your personal growth and safety, they tend to have an unseen dirty motives. When the Firm you've hired are the actual ones who will seek, find, and discover all the illegal practices their client was forced, threaten, harassed, plus gay bashing was seen as acceptable just because you held a large amount of the organization's honesty and could easily " whistle blow", please stick as close as you can to your attorneys, their motives are trust and justice.

Because of the nature of our needs, I wanted to meet in person, knowing that eventually we would work with this firm in the future on a much bigger project. When we arrived, we were notified that Emily had a family emergency and instead we would meet with her assistant. Disappointed, we gave it a pass, emergencies happen and we dismissed it. After meeting, we decided that before we could move forward, that we really wanted to meet Emily first. So we set a Zoom. After the meeting, we felt comfortable enough to move forward. We needed a law firm that we could depend on and we thought we found it. We were told to give her 3 weeks and she would have the first draft for us. Along with the draft, she also promised to send some information regarding legal terminologies used in the document. Three weeks pass, nothing! So I emailed her to ask for an update. NO response! So I wait 3 more weeks, nothing! I emailed a second time asking for an update on week 6. I got an automated response that Emily was on vacation and would contact us when she returns on Monday July 6. I waited until July 15th NINE days later to call. I was told that she was in a meeting and asked if I wanted to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail in the morning indicating that if we did not get a return call by the end of the day, I will consider our business concluded. I decided to instead give her until close of business on the 16th. Well, nobody from her office contacted us! No Emily, not her assistant, not her partner, Nothing! I understand that things happen and if there were personal reasons why she failed to contact us, at the very least, her assistant or somebody at her office should have made an effort to reach out with an explanation. Imagine, if during this time, something happened to you and/or your significant other. Imagine my situation where the guardianship of my son went to the wrong person in our old will! Think long and hard about using this firm! Will they be there for you when your family needs them? To be honest, we really felt good about Emily. However, when it comes to my family, I simply can't leave our financial affairs and protection of our son in the hands of a firm that's not going to be there when we need them the most. Therefore, I do not recommend this firm.
