Only two washers and driers on site but that hasn't seemed to be an issue so far - but they do take quarters so make sure you have a roll for the $2/per cycles. As soon as I arrived a helpful attendant helped back me in just where I needed to be. Check in was easy and friendly. This is what I was looking for.

As a single woman, I felt safe the whole time, and if I were to ever move back to Austin, Evergreen RV park would be my first choice!

Easy 10min walk to Round Top centre (along a main road which I wouldn't like to do at night). Owners were very responsive and courteous. Only opens for specific events such as the antique fairs in Spring and Autumn. Adult only park, nobody under 18.

There are no amenities and nothing in the park. Not much for shade at all. Electric is 150$ give or take in the winter. So most likely much higher in the summer. Owner is kind, responsive.
