I hired Greenway to take care of some yard work and tree trimming…read more Despite detailed discussions about the work need with Mike and promise of "satisfaction guaranteed," he did the bare minimum to complete the job. He skipped over several of the tree branches I pointed out to him before he gave me the quote. When I would ask him about the areas he missed, he cut me off arguing those would cost extra money. In the end, he was in such a rush he left without raking up the twigs and smaller branches that were scattered throughout the yard. He also left without telling me about the damage he did to my house. After arguing all day with him, I gave up and called a repair man to fix it forcing me to stay home another day. I'm not a pushy person. I don't ask for extras because I feel guilty asking - I didn't even negotiate the price....but I expected him to live up to his promise and make some attempt at "satisfaction guaranteed." I'm not even sure I got the "bare minimum" -- feel like I was taken advantage of...I certainly didn't get my money's worth.

Between the sound of their VERY loud mowers/blowers/weed eaters and the smell of exhaust is strong enough that we have to move inside. The process was quick and easy. Scott came out and we walked my property to get the perfect design for the irrigation system. He made sure to cover every square inch of my yard. Quote came in by end of the day. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule to have the irrigation system installed within a week of getting my quote. Josh and his crew did amazing work on the irrigation installation. He was very helpful and informing me of what they were doing in the 2.5 days they were at my residence to install the system. He answered every question I had. The yard repair after the installation looks great as well. They checked all the boxes compared to the other companies: price, communication and experience. The experience was great and I 100% would highly recommend this company over any of the other "top" competitors. If you are in the market for an irrigation system, reach out to Scott and GrandView, you will not be disappointed.

I obviously saw the installers most, and they worked quickly and efficiently and share progress at major milestones and communicated breaks, work left to be finished that day or the next, etc. To say I am happy with the results is only half the story. I had quoted the same work previously and GrandView provided more detail and a very competitive price.

I requested a site visit so I could talk through our lot (it is irregular in shape) and our specific needs (the mulch beds and shrub trimming, plus possible other future items). Matthew came out to meet me and we walked the property and talked about our needs. He was very courteous and anxious to help us. Today (07/23/2025) their landscape team arrived early and worked very hard. The lead guy talked with me and I walked him through the specific areas of concern (TV cable and sprinkler heads and piping). He was quick to ask a question if the crew was unsure about something. They were very good at this, cutting the beds (to help keep the mulch in the bed), and trimming our shrubs. They worked very hard and the result is amazing. They paid particular attention to areas that I marked for caution (TV cable runs right at bed edge, along with a couple of sprinkler piping areas close to surface). They were very careful in these areas, with no problems. Our yard has not looked this good in some time. I would highly recommend them for lawn and landscape services.

Silver's Concrete made our project straightforward from start to finish. We compared three vendors…read morefor a small job, and while Silver's pricing was similar, the real difference was how carefully they listened to what we wanted. They offered practical options to help us balance project size with cost, and the lead time they provided was accurate within a few days. Our project involved replacing a front walk that had previously been lifted using an injection method from another company. That repair failed because of issues with the base. Silver's removed the fallen walk and broken bricks, rebuilt the base properly, and tied the new step and walk into the porch. The seam is clean, flat, and solid. They also replaced several shattered sidewalk panels and tied them into the existing panels with rebar. Both the immediate cleanup and the follow‑up cleanup after removing the barrier were thorough. Based on this experience, I would absolutely hire Silver's Concrete again.
