Hope Connections exists to support those who try to parent, teach, care for, love, know and relate with children who have suffered trauma, especially trauma connected with abandonment and adoption. Childhood trauma affects our ability as human beings to do relationships, learn, and develop. We offer hope to families, caregivers, and teachers in the form of multiple services which incorporate the use of hands-ontools. Our goal is to help form connections through education, coaching, and hands-on experiences so that these children and their families might experience healing and a new outlook for a positive future.

History

Established in 2011.

Hope Connections was established in 2011 in an effort to offer support to as many families as possible. We now serve over 20 families and are reaching new families everyday.

Meet the Business Owner: Stacy M.

Stacy is an RN and Mom of bio and adoptive children. She has also done respite for kids in trauma over the years and has spent the last 8 yrs continuing her education in the areas brain development, traumas effects on children, RAD and the likes. Stacy has been working with adoptive families for 10 years and has been able to help many find their direction through some really muddy waters.
