I have not taken advantage of them, I paid them $2,500 and have not asked for any money back. They said they guaranteed the work for a year and the backflow preventer started leaking after 3 1/2 months and they quoted me approximately $300 to replace a couple fittings, which I have subsequently done myself. There's nothing that is not "honest" here and I don't think this constitutes "terrible business practices".
