This is a great establishment. There is a assistant manager by the name of rock who is way out of his league and being a hospitality host he constantly barks at the employees and makes it absolutely uncomfortable to enjoy a meal. He criticizes people in a manner that should not be present in the hospitality service. I know many Hooters have closed and I know many of people have been turned off by this but it's people like him that gives this wonderful establishment a bad name so I give it zero stars read more

Wish I could rate the service but we never got any, my party of 4 was greeted and sat pretty quickly. Then we watched the entire 1st quarter of Boston/Philly game and never got a hello or anything. We haven't been to this location in awhile, so we decided to order on line and pick up. I don't eat chicken, so I ordered the fried shrimp, and curley fries. For my family, I ordered habanero chipotle, lemon pepper, and mild wings, with 2 orders of Curley fries. For the dipping sauce, I ordered blue cheese and ranch. Also an order of cheese sticks. The food was still hot when we reached home, and everyone was hungry. They loved the breaded and naked wings. I enjoyed my shrimp as well. We had a lot of food left for leftovers. I ordered 40 wings total, and the breaded wings were pretty sizable. The naked wings were small. We will definitely be back soon. :) read more

Traffic was built up on the highway so I pulled over to get a quick bite to eat and get my location bearings as we dodge traffic heading up from the storm. Super clean place, the girls were sharp attractive and spot on so I sat at the bar and ordered me some wings and did some emails on my phone while sipping on a beer while I waited out the traffic. Great wings as usual, better than I have seen post Covid in a while, the place was clean the waitresses were friendly and efficient so all I can say was I was happy, content and only spent 12 bucks. I tipped well as we should when we get good experience but my experience at the bar was excellent service excellent food highly recommend!!! read more

Called the staff for a carry out order and was abruptly hung up on. The "vibe" I received when I arrived to pick up my order was one of disdain and annoyance from the lady that rang me up. I always tip, even on carry out. Not sure what I did to piss her off but it seemed like the treatment was intentional. Strange interaction the next time I came in as well. Do not recommend! Ok so let's get this out of the way, this place displays young women and there young bodies. You know that before you walk in. The restaurant was busy since nfl football was on and we were still sat quickly. Our food arrived in a normal amount of time considering the amount of customers. My bun was dry and actually fell apart but chicken was tasty and fries were as well. My fruity specialty cocktail was good but mostly ice and overpriced. We saw many exchanges right in front of us where we thought servers were about to start fist fighting. They were arguing, cussing etc. Multiple servers. I don't need to hear your drama. Glad I found the MVP Platter. It's has our bone in wings and boneless wings;. We picked fried pickles and tator tots. It's a nice big YUM on the weekends, and everyone in the family is happy. However, the two spots for pick up or carry out/delivery drivers had 5 or 6 smokers stand out there standing in the area where you park. At first we parked somewhere else, then was like, well, we need to let them know we are here. we went back into the smoke cloud and waited. The staff and customers combo or whoever they were didn't move. Finally the cook came out and had our order all bundled nicely and was so polite and told us what he put where (sauces, etc), so I didn't say anything. Well a week or so later, we're needing a fast meal before a meeting, so I go and order the platter again. I walk in to go pick it up and there's no one wearing a mask but one person back behind counter who may have been prepping food and one waitress. It's like there's no pandemic going on. No one wearing any mask or socially distanced...doesn't that concern the boss or supervisor on duty, what if their whole staff goes out with the virus??? Well I've said my piece. I just want my community safe. Please consider my thoughts expressed here. I'm just saying. We, like other families have a certain amount of income to go out every so often and we obviously need to be more discerning, because why do we want to get sick, or worse? I was seated by the door , set there for 35 minutes and no one even looked my way. No drink , ask what I wanted, if I was thirsty,hungry , nothing. The manager went to every table around me making sure they were ok, but never seen me at the tall table. I'm not going to say I eat here all the time. The "famous" wait staff greeted us at the door and seated us quickly. We ordered. My tea came sweet vs unsweet & she had to come back to ask us several details we had already stated. When I called with a question about an allergy before ordering food, the gentleman who answered the phone asked me to "Hold on"... I then heard him say to someone beside him "she has an allergy " . The employee laughed and repeated what he said to someone else. They all were laughing and I could hear the entire exchange on the phone. How awful. I work for Uber Eats and was picking up an order back in early August 2022. Some restaurants ignore me or just act bothered if I ask them for something the customer requested. I've been in that business most of my life, so I get it that servers have to get the order ready and they are not tipped out by delivery drivers. I just want to bring attention to Brittany and how she took care of my customer. Generally, when a restaurant is out of an item, they will let me know when I pick it up so I can let the customer know. Brittany let me know as soon as I got there that the dessert they ordered is no longer offered. She showed me what options were available so i could call the customer and give them a choice. I think Brittany's professionalism is outstanding and my customer was really happy that they were able to still get a dessert. read more

As with all my reviews for chain restaurants they do not usually focus on the food, this will be no different... The food is the normal tasty Hooters food...once you actually receive it. The problem with this particular Hooters is the service. I have been twice over the past 3 months and both times we were sat immediately, but then waited for no less than 15 minutes to be acknowledged or get drinks started. And both times the place was not packed and it was off peak hours of a week night. Overall, Hooters is about the service more than anything and this place is lacking on that all important element of the industry. I have never had a complaint about the food or beer here, but it is literally frustrating to eat here due to the lack of service. So, biggest tip here is if you are in a hurry, this may not be the best place for you. read more

This establishment is taking precautions during COVID. Were were asked to wear masks and use hand sanitizer prior to getting seated. I had an order of wings and curly fries. The wings were good, and the fries were okay. Next visit I will try their roasted wings or the Daytona Style. Our waitress was very attentive. Very disappointed in many ways! I ordered wings on Saturday afternoon for pick up. I arrived to the pick up door and a waitress was leaning on the door I needed to open. No greeting when I did come in. All other waitresses we're sitting at a table having their own fun. One waitress was doing to go orders. Again, no greeting; just are you picking up an order and only a frustrated look. When I got the wings to our Bulldogs kick off party, I was embarrassed by the wings. The lemon pepper wings were plain wings and if there was sauce on the medium hot wings, it must have fell off. This Hooters will end up closing soon. We started with the 6 piece cheese sticks, my boyfriend and I split the honey sriracha and Cajun boneless wings (mouth watering), and the celery and tots were nice and crunchy. Extremely disappointed. We went for lunch and I ordered wings extra crispy which they weren't. They were 'okay' but I expect better than "okay" from a wing establishment. Our server seemed to disappear for quite awhile and then we saw her but we finally had to call her over for refills. Several of the servers were more busy with making their TikTok videos, and they should use the stocking dispenser to replace their hose that were tore just at the line of their shorts. To top it off my husband went to the men's room, to wash his hands, and the floor was so wet he slipped and fell! I told our server that she may want to let someone know before another person falls; she apologized and said let me get my manager. She put a wet floor sign up (which needed to happen) but the appropriate thing would've been for the manager to at least come and apologize and check on him. Don't waste your time. I came in for lunch with my boy. We were seated and sat for about 10 minutes until a waitress came and apologized for our wait and explained she wasn't aware that our table was in her section. If you go during lunch ask for the lunch menu as this is the second time we came during that time and were given the full menu without a lunch menu. It has several items for $9.99 which includes a soft drink. We ordered fried pickles to get us started. They were good in the restaurant but the leftovers were soggy and got thrown out. We both ordered the lunch plate with boneless wings, his medium, mine lemon pepper. The chicken was so delicious. Compared to their boneless wings about 6 months ago these were so much better, no gristle nasty chewy parts. Ever piece was yummy! The taste was fantastic and the food came hot. Chasity kept our drinks full and checked on us several times. She's a great waitress, we've had her several times during past visits. The food at this location is hit or miss. Food was good. Service was good. However, this place should have been packed. There were more waitresses than customers. Only two tables, which included mine, were taken. College football in full swing at 4:30 in the afternoon on Saturday, and nobody. At 5:30 three tables came in. Don't know what's going on, however I did note that, with the exception of our waitress Paige, everybody's attitude and demeanor was poor. No smiles for customers. Everyone seemed bothered to have to serve anyone.. very sad, because we love Hooters. Oh, did I mention way overpriced? Which probably explains the lack of customers on a football Saturday. If you want an IPA or craft beer, expect to pay twice as much. Crazy. Local breweries have a tough time competing when they're priced like that. read more

I was diggin' on my hot dog (served with a side of boobies and suntan pantyhose) during the UFC 112 fights Saturday night. The fries were crispy, the beer was cold, and the hot dog was huge phallic deliciousness. Conversely, I don't like their wings, and my boyfriend's burger was definitely of the frozen variety, seeing as how it was a perfect cylinder. They have lots of TVs, so you can see the fights from any table. But I'm not a fan of the wooden bar stools (NO chairs anywhere). Does Hooter's corporate have something against chairs? Perhaps sitting on a hard wooden stool prevents the erections that would likely result from drunk patrons glimpsing (or staring at) all the boobage. You certainly don't go to Hooter's for culture or haute cuisine - but if you're looking for deep fried shit, beer, sports, and 18-year-old girls with their tits on display, then you really can't go wrong. read more

Walked in on a Sunday. 5 girls on the floor maybe 4 tables occupied. We were sat by a manager and say for 25 minutes. No waitress even came to our table... I tried to flag one down the ask if maybe they didn't know we were seated in someone's section or we were that table that gets shared by different people every other time or something. They all made an effort to not make eye contact. We talked to the manager basically to say how bad it was. She offers us a beer, no thanks not and get even worse service from less than attractive girls working this location. This one is going down hill more and more every time we go. I really wish we had a Buffalo Wild Wings close by. This hooters in Newnan sucks. I am doing this review after my visit tonight. My receipt says my Hooter's girl was Brittany C. She was so nice and everything you would expect from a TOP NOTCH HOOTERS GIRL! I had 2 ICE COLD beers,Amazing Chicken Strips (HOT) and some Celery. I really felt like one of the Regulars and even was brought in on some conversations with the Bar Flies.
