I posted a request for flatscreen tv installation service a little past midnight Friday night/Saturday morning, and expected to begin receiving replies first thing in the morning. I was surprised to receive a reply from Get Smart Home less than 5 minutes later asking qualifying questions. Five minutes after replying I received a quote and commitment to install two TVs on Saturday. Vlad and Stasia text me 35 minutes before the installation appointment to alert me they were on the way. They arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism: they were courteous, well mannered, personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared with the necessary tools, supplies, blankets to lay the TVs on, and booties to cover their shoes. They reviewed the TVs and desired mounting locations, asked questions about my preferences, made recommendations, set expectations, then went to work. They were efficient -- finishing both installations and cleaning up within an hour -- and most importantly, delivered results that again exceeded expectations. I am impressed with the quality of Vlad and Stasia's work and the excellent experience of working with them. I recommend Get Smart Home without reservation and will be relying on their expertise and services for my upcoming home automation projects.

When it was apparent the new receiver would not fit our cabinet, we asked that he just cut out the back wall to fit. (Our old console was particle board.) Well, turns out THIS cabinet was over 1" thick solid and he went out to buy a thicker saw blade! But never complained. It took 5 hours, not 2, and he came back for second visit to program the remotes. Vlad is very patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. He offers dealer pricing on components but even sent us a Best Buy link when the same item was cheaper. If you need anything done too your home electronics, gIve him a call.

This is a company that is extraordinarily dedicated to its customers satisfaction and they will only sell products that they really believe in. They take the same care with their customers projects as they would if the project was in their own homes. I have been purchasing home theater and home automation equipment now for well over 20 years. I care about how it looks, how it sounds and whether or not it works reliably. Its incredibly frustrating to have repeated problems with such expensive equipment. Intelligent AV has now installed home theater equipment and home automation equipment in my home and a Sonos system in my office. They do amazing work with a great deal of pride and attention to detail. Best of all, they follow up with me to make sure that everything is working correctly and that I understand how all of the equipment works. I know that I could call them at any time if I am having issues or problems. After working with multiple businesses in Denver that provide these services, I truly cannot see myself ever working with another company other than Intelligent AV. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any Home Theater or Home Automation project.

I not only provide service to homeowners from that start, but to all my customer base I've built over the years. I've won 5 national awards for my designs and implementation, I've been featured in Electronic House Magazine 4 times and have been quoted in more articles than I can remember. I serve on the 5 Star Council for Leviton Security and Automation and my three employees have been with me for 17, 15 and 14 years. So with all of this history, I have one guy that thinks we're a bad deal. I'll take that... What do you think the real story is?     Do not use this company! We paid for monitoring service with them for four years. The one time…read moreour alarm went off, we were out of town and there was no response from the company. It was only because our neighbors heard it and notified us that we were able to get a friend to go in and disconnect it. This was after 10 hours of it going off. When we contacted them to find out why they didn't respond to this, they initially said the police were sent but later admitted nobody responded because the alarm company didn't consider it to be an emergency. We phoned and mailed notification that we were unhappy with their service and would be cancelling our service. They never returned messages so we stopped paying the bills they continued to send. Four months later, we finally were able to talk to someone from the company and they said, not only were we expected to pay the bill for the four months of monitoring service (the alarm was never reconnected after the incident), we were supposed to pay a $100 fee to do a final disconnect, as per the contract. Mighty presumptuous to hold us to a contract when they didn't do the job we paid them $30 a month to do.
