Their no-bullying policy is not accurate as they told they could not remove the bully from their academy despite their website statement. When we went to the academy to remove her from the program, the owner verbally attacked my mother telling her to shut the f*ck up and proceeded to physically intimidate her. Not only does this studio have poor management, they are verbally and physically aggressive.

I had been searching for a place to take dance lessons for our first dance and I am so happy we found Salsa 88th St Studio. Annia and Alessandro are fantastic instructors. They are both patient and are very good at communicating how the steps are supposed to be. They are also very professional and organized. I highly recommend this studio for salsa dance lessons. We are done with our wedding lessons, but we are definitely going to continue with the group classes. 10/10 would recommend

In university at USF I took a semester of ballet and the teacher complimented my technique as being the best one in the class, all thanks to the wonderful education I received at academy of arts. Now in 2025 my 3 year old daughter is taking classes and is enjoying every class. My mother, daughter and I recently went to the Christmas show and we were so proud to experience the show. It was such a great show, still professional and beautiful. 13 years later and Academy of Arts is still producing wonderful dancers. The Director of studio is always frantically busy one can barely get her devoted attention on a problem. She does not give attention to serious problems that are brought up. Classes always start late. Costumes are ordered late and many times arrive past the day of event. High turn-over of dance instructors who quit for not being paid. Overall, horrible communication problems internal and external. This studio should not be in business. The employees of the month award goes to certain parents of Impact students, not to the Owner/Director who should have handled several critical issues before it got out of control. Many parents are unhappy. I write on behalf of several parents. Of all the dance studio's in Miami, Impact Dance is last on the list. I do not recommend at all.
