The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The staff are pleasant and the shop appears to be very clean. There's a wide selection on the menu, all the usuals you'd expect from a fish and chip shop with some others thrown in for good measure. The only downside is that parking outside can often be tricky, and since the shop is located in the centre of town its a bit awkward to get to if you live on the outskirts.

I've had fish and chips around the UK for much cheaper, but at a slightly higher price point you get a perfectly crispy piece of fish with double-fried chips. Their burgers are greasy, crispy, and meaty, and their chips practically melt in the mouth once you've bitten them through. I personally love their potato fritters, which taste like a little bit of heaven in potato form. They're cheap as chips too - a mound of chips and 2 burgers is only 3 quid! Good stuff and definitely worth a try if you like your food hot and wrapped in paper!
