You would never guess the pizza came from a food truck, as there's a legit pizza oven built in, which results in a thin, crisp crust. All the toppings I've had so far have been very high quality. And the best part are the prices: pizzas range from 12 to 14 CHF, and are well worth it! Their tiramisu is an excellent option for dessert: perfectly balanced between creamy and spongy, and flavorful without being too sweet. The two owners of the truck are always there and they provide efficient, friendly service. I look forward to the Santoro truck every week!

The quality of the meat and bread is very good. The fries are quite standard but still good. Pricing is reasonable for the quality, though I think 6 CHF for an additional patty is a bit much. This is one of the best burgers in Canton Vaud; better than most restaurants. What keeps me from giving five stars is their operational efficiency -- or lack thereof. Depending on who's working, ordering and getting food can be fast or excruciatingly slow. Lately, it's been more of the latter, and has felt very chaotic and disorganized. Even with the ability to pre-order, it can take a long time just to pick up and pay.

The beef is from Switzerland (which is very good) but has a different taste than American Beef (grass fed vs corn fed I think) but I would highly recommend this truck to any of my friends. I got the pastrami sandwich on cornbread with two types of mustard. I think there was a smoked mustard and a french mustard, I didn't get any other toppings as that would ruin a pastrami sandwich! The sandwich was really good! The two people who were manning the truck were really nice and spoke English and French. I will definitely come here again. Deepak
