The sushi rice tasted good but kept breaking so they obviously don't know how to make quality sushi rice. High quality sushi rice doesn't break apart at all especially when you dip it gently in the soy sauce. Then again this is a Viet place in Germany that also makes sushi and none of the 3 Viet restaurants I've eaten at in Germany have been that impressive or exceeded my expectations. I guess I can't fault them for only knowing how to cook for Germans since their taste preference for Asian food is different in Germany than it is in California.
