EXCELLENT service, fair prices…read more We had a 4 foot diameter maple tree KRUNCH down on our roof in September of 2023, and got a storage POD to hold our attic & garage contents. The POD also contained stuff from my mom & dad's home, after they passed away YEARS ago. It was finally TIME to clean things out, so I looked for a 10 yard dumpster. I needed the dumpster for a week, to give my wife & I time to sort & discard unneeded "stuff." Dillinger rented us a 12 yard dumpster (JUST large enough, as it turned out) for the best price, compared to other dumpster companies. Their communication was excellent, and drop-off/pickup service was perfect. No games at all. They provided the dumpster we needed, on time, and picked it up when I requested.

Earl found another way and pulled it out whole, no damage to anything around it, no mess left behind. They showed up exactly when they said they would and worked through the problem like they had seen it all before. Beyond the job itself, Earl was responsive and professional in a way that is rare. You get a real answer when you reach out, not a maybe-someday callback. He made it clear from the start that the job was going to get done right. Competitive price. Zero drama. I would not bother looking anywhere else.

So I hung up with each while waiting on a call back. In the interim, I called Ana's and was able to get every bit of information I needed IMMEDIATELY. I didn't order right away and by the time I decided to pull the trigger it was after hours...close to 8 PM if I recall. Not only was my call answered around 8 PM but a dumpsters was scheduled for delivery the very next day!!!! If you call and get voicemail because they're busy, they text you (if you've already made initial contact - can't vouch for other scenarios) to let you know why they didn't answer while asking that you text back regarding your needs. The service was VERY IMPRESSIVE and appreciated. Did I mention value???? Based on my research, they're the best bang for your buck. I'll need a dumpster service ongoing over the next six months or so due to a major clean up. I won't be calling any other company. It's Ana's or bust because they earned my business through and through.

Many other dumpster rental providers had weight restrictions and only provided a sometimes vague $/ton overage fee. Without knowing how much the debris was going to weigh (other than a lot) - I was glad to find Ana's which provided an option with no weight restrictions. Even compared to many other establishments, the rental rates were very competitive. Ana's quickly responded to all of my questions ahead of time, whether via e-mail or phone call. They communicated the time of drop off, and the driver was very helpful in putting the dumpster exactly where I needed it and demonstrating how to open and close the doors. The bright pink color gave everyone a smile too. Would highly recommend renting from this local company in Dayton.

Btw my landlord owns a pest control company and I did NOT have roaches. Never have in my life! It was just a lie so they could leave and take a crap ton of my stuff with them. So many special memories and things in those boxes. It's truly heartbreaking. I paid $1000 to get robbed, lied to and have my tv broken.
