The selection of ingredients is fantastic - what's that? You want some dried mushrooms? How about a whole aisle of dried fungi in all it's various forms. Prawns? Of course, an entire freezer aisle and a half full of them from teeny tiny shrimp all the way up to giant king prawns that aren't far off the size of lobster. It can be somewhat overwhelming, I'll admit that, but the staff are incredibly friendly and will assist you in any way possible. Right down to unloading your trolley and packing your goods. No, no, no sir... you're not in Tesco any more. Wing Yip is your one stop shop for middle eastern cooking supplies, if you're feeling a bit bored in the kitchen then head down here buy something you wouldn't normally try and give it a whirl!

I highly recommend the management to do some sort of a training for the stuff members to at least ask them to be polite to the customers, it doesn't cost anything to say hello back when a customer does, help them if they ask for something and simply acknowledge their existence.Shame.

Lituanica stocks Duona bread, cepelinai, bulves and lots of other Baltic treats. It's food that makes you want to chop wood, cook on a log-burning stove and ride horses - it's hearty food, soul food and it's so damn good. I need a Lithuanian store outside of my house really, but for the time being I am willing to compromise and venture into town to stock up on my Lithuanian treats - it's well worth the trip.
