I was worried as my 12 month old son had only know his sister and his grandfather and was extremely clingy with me. It took him only 2 weeks to adjust and his care workers are amazing people! They have a webcam that all parents can sign up for. You have to jump through a few hoops to confirm you are who you say you are etc but that's fine because I wouldn't want just anyone to have access to viewing that. They have a detailed progress report for parents at the end of the day. The worker explains what they did, what they ate and how many diapers they had to change. They have decent programs and I feel very secure that my son is in great hands. The care workers are all great people. They have detailed weekly newsletters. They have a few perks for families. It's in a brand new building that has security. It's right next to public transit. They have very thorough safety plans and safety drills. I absolutely love this day care. It is on the pricey side. But with the care they give, the programs and food they provide and the transparency provided for safety. It's worth the price. Your company doesn't have to be signed up with them but I guess there is a perk for people who have companies signed up? I don't know what that is about. But they accept subsidy and are pretty understanding to situations that come up. My son is absolutely thriving and doing amazing. I made the right choice with this daycare.

I literally visited all daycares in the area. They have flexible hours, safe environment, not to mention the fantastic menu that I sometimes enjoy more than my daughter! The center is always bright and clean, and teachers are all genuinely happy there. Every teacher knows my daughter, and she knows every teacher. My daughter has always enjoyed going to Kids & Co. and she learned a lot from teachers and their programs. We also enjoyed the company's flexible transfer/drop off option. It allowed us to find a safe environment for our daughter when we travelled to Montreal.
