They loaned me samples of shingle colours so I could make a choice that best matched my house. Super patient with me. Once I had made my decision, they arrived when they said they would and their team of installer were knowledgeable, professional, expert roof installers. They left zero mess behind when they were done. I have two dogs and it was super important that there not be any nails or shingles for the dogs to pick up. And three years of ice storms and high winds have not caused any shingles to fly away or any leaks. The roof is water-tight, beautiful, and just what I wanted. I absolutely recommend this company.

We definitely recommend this company.

In 2021 I saw a crack above the ground level on the side of my house in PinCourt Que…read more Even though there was no way to see if there was a leak into the basement because of the design of the house , I assumed there to be a crack also below ground level and called akton. The technicians did their thing without showing me their work nor taking any photos to show me. It looked as though they had also repaired the crack above ground level..but all they did was smear some cement like material over the above ground crack. Now the above ground crack has returned and I am told that they don't actually repair cracks above ground. My original comment to akton injection was replied by saying that there are no leaks so the repair is successful. All along I told them that I had no way to see if there were or were not leaks..their reply was unprofessional. Basically I spent over 1,000$ with no way to know if the repair was properly done ( apparently now they take photos to leave with the clients. Overall the communication with this company is not acceptable.

BEWARE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The guy came, very…read morepolite, and fix the wall crack. After I went to do a closer inspection I saw 2 tubes coming out from the site!! They didn't mentioned anything. Called them back. The receptionist told me that the tubes were from the sprinkle system and I had to fix it myself. She basically told me that the contract specified they can brake ANYTHING during the work and it's not their fault!!!! They won't compensate me at all. They didn't even ask me if there was a sprinkler system around! Looks like the did it on purpose. I am not sure who writes the good reviews but be aware that they may brake things (out of laziness??) and won't even tell not compensate you for that!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Looks like Sami is still disrespecting potential customers. My webpage inquiry for cleaning…read moreservices was quickly answered. I sent a follow up to clarify parking options, pointing out my cleaning concerns and giving a heads up that I have two friendly Golden Retrievers. No response, no problem. I sent another email, called, and finally sent a text message as requested by Sami's voicemail. No response, now I have a problem. If you don't want my business for whatever reason, just tell me instead of ghosting me.

I had a plumber and carpenter working in my condo prior to my putting it up for sale. I was running…read moreshort of time and really needed help cleaning up after the workmen were finished so that photos of my condo could be taken for the listing. This company was very responsive to my call for cleaning help and arranged for a cleaner to come the very next day. Iman was polite and prepared to roll up her sleeves and do a good job cleaning kitchen cabinet doors, floors and windows. Her work was thorough and she was very conscientious in her efforts. She came with her own equipment, but did use mine when I requested her to do so. I have allergies and my vacuum cleaner has extra filtration to keep dust from going back into the air, so I asked if she would please use mine, and she said no problem. : ) My condo is small, so I was a bit surprised to see that it took longer than I thought it would, and she had to speed up during her last hour to keep to the agreed 4 hours. I think that could have been prevented by keeping an eye on time as she worked, but again, she was very thorough and the results were good. I will be calling this service again after my move to do an after move clean-up to keep it looking good for its sale! Thank you Iman!
