We had two trees cut down in our yard recently. The team that arrived were very good, did a great…read morejob. The reason for the 3 stars is that we were told they would be at our house early in the morning. We got a call saying there was some kind of mixup and they would arrive around noon instead. That would have been fine, but they didn't come at that time, and since we did not get another follow up call, we went out at 5:30pm for dinner with friends as planned. We saw on the security cameras that they arrived at 6pm, and luckily we were close by and were able to let them in to the yard, but it disrupted our plans with no follow ups. I also didn't love that they brought a dog on to the property and tied them up in the yard, as they were very loud and barked a lot. They cleaned up after themselves well and were pretty quick, done by 8:30pm.

They don't stop harassing me now for the payment of an unsolicited service that I didn't request this year. These are fraudulent tactics.
